Our organization is seeking a IT Procurement Sourcing Lead to assist with Global IT Category procurement. In this role, you will focus on finding the best suppliers to support our business needs. This professional will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the quality of data used for spend analysis and reporting for our organization. Ensures quality of data by interpreting patterns and trends using digital tools and methods including data modeling and data mining. You will also conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine where we can improve, re-negotiating contracts with existing suppliers. You will have to spend time developing various approaches to procuring and contracting external support from the marketplace in line with current industry standards. Part of this involves researching suppliers and gathering information from vendor databases to support Category management leaders across the globe as part of decision-making process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Purchase Analysis
• Manage various IT procurement projects that include the areas of purchasing, contracting sourcing and category management.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of IT / procurement Sourcing or category management experience
• Must have professional sourcing/ category experience covering sourcing, contract negotiation, monitoring & reporting contract performance.

The Assistant Manager, Entrepôt oversees and leads all activities within the assigned property to the highest level. He or she will be responsible for leading and directing the restaurant operations to ensure that the guest experience, food and beverage quality and departmental revenue and profit goals meet its highest standard. He or she will also ensure adherence to federal, state and local regulations concerning health, safety, and other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. He or she will report directly to the Acting Manager, Entrepot.

The job responsibilities include the following:

About the role:

· Responsible for managing Vexcolt ASEAN Management Team.

· Responsible for identifying & implementing overseas expansion for S.E.A, Australia & Europe.
