We are seeking to grow our consultancy business in mainland China and are looking for a dynamic business development director.

Who we’re looking for

• highly energetic individual, able to understand pressure and most importantly must have ready access to high-net-worth customers in China and have experience in handling demanding customers.

• more than 5 years in a sales fronting position and very persuasive in acumen

• Knowledge in blockchain prefered

• very articulate in spoken mandarin and at ease with dealing with Chinese speaking clients

• The position is based in Singapore and some travelling is expected.

• Ability to work autonomously to achieve set results

Main responsibilities-

• Report to directors directly

• Individual will be tasked to handle projects for a start and will expect to work with minimum supervision

• Eventually achieve a personal sales target of investment products / solutions / consulting business, be accountable for personal sales plan and pipeline.

• Identify opportunities and develop them from start to closure, including build up pipeline, maintain potential clients, provide proposal and follow up the contract process

Roles and Responibilities:

• Propose strategies and assist preparations for key marketing activities
• Generate reports with actionable insights to guide direction of future activities
• Explore and testing out new marketing channels
• Assist or take up ownership on special projects

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year working experience in marketing-related functions
• A collaborator with strong communication & project management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
• Proficient with data crunching and able to make sense of data
• Experience in e-commerce marketing or marketing analytics is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools (eg. Tableau, DataStudio, etc) is a plus

Business Development ( Payment Gateway )

Working Days & Hours: 5 days | Mon-Fri: 9am to 6pm (12.30pm – 2pm lunch)
Working location: Tanjong Pagar
Salary: $6000 - $8000

Job Responsibilities

• Set up payment gateway for USA, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan market.
• Hong Kong or Singapore base.
• Search and develop the overseas payment gateways in USA, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan.
• Liaise and keep good relationship with local payment service providers in USA, South Korea, Japan and Taiwan.
• Negotiate with PSP for getting competitive service fee and currency rate.
• Ensure the stability and variety of payment gateways.
• Propose any incentive schemes implementation.
• Other ad-hoc assignment.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance or its equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience either in USA, South Korea, Japan or Taiwan for Payment Service Providers (PSP)
• Relevant experience in handling inbound / outbound payments including fiat, crypto & establishing payment channels
