Job scope

For New Project:

Design and oversee the installation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems in buildings, including ductwork, piping and equipment selection

To Conduct site inspections to ensure work procedure is adhered to

To Manage junior engineers to ensure project progresses as per timeline

· To prepare report n coordinate with building owner, consultant m contractors to ensure acmv/hvac systems are implemented as per building design

For Maintenance

· To Develop and implement maintenance programs for HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency

Requirements

· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

· 4 years’ experience of Acmv/HVAC project management

· 4 years’ experience of equipment selection, load calculations, and ductwork design

· 4 years’ experience of Singapore building codes, regulations related to HVAC systems

· 4 years’ experience pf design software AutoCAD

· 5 days’ work week with alternate half Saturday.

In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for project management of mixed-signal IP modules for our internal customers

The Project Manager-Business Analyst will take the lead and manage projects primarily related to the Reconciliation System of Wealth Management activity in Europe and in Asia.

Job Description:

• Analyze new requirements coming in the domain with all stakeholders involved in order to propose to the organization the best way to deliver appropriate solutions
• Lead the elaboration of a functional solution with business stakeholders and concerned IT teams
• Lead, with the support of technical teams, the definition of the solution and the implementation roadmap
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements, General Functional Specifications (GFS), Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs, etc.
• Organize and run dedicated committees (steering committees, project committees, etc)
• Identify and report on project risks, attention points, and issues to follow up
• Plan the migration strategy and change management activities related to the project
• Coordinate, supervise, and contribute to Users Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Manage all the decision-making and analysis processes allowing to design, validation the solution, and get the necessary approvals in terms of architecture, IT risk and IT Security, budget, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate the implementation from a project management perspective and ensure the Bank’s Project governance is applied at each step
• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams.
• Ensure a good relationship with business sponsors and stakeholders in each location

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• At least 7 years of Business Analysis with Project Management experience in working on Wealth Management Banking
• Strong working knowledge of Reconciliation Systems (Intellimatch) – MUST HAVE
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio
• Familiar with project management tools as well as issue and release management, production and support (JIRA, Service Now, PPM tools, etc)
• Singapore Citizens are highly preferred

The Regional Construction Planner is responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating project schedules for civil construction projects. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, the planner ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves planning for multiple large-scale projects in the region, managing project timelines, and adjusting plans to accommodate changes in project requirements or unexpected delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project schedules using project management software (such as Primavera P6 or MS Project) that align with contract timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with the procurement, logistics, and human resources teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment, materials, and manpower.
• Identify potential delays or challenges and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.
• Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and external subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Regularly update schedules based on project progress, and ensure that any deviations are tracked and reported.
• Provide weekly or monthly reports to upper management detailing project progress, potential risks, and schedule adjustments.
• Collaborate with the finance team to align project schedules with the approved budget and cost forecasts.
• Ensure that all planning activities comply with local, regional, and national regulations, especially concerning safety and environmental standards.
• Evaluate completed projects to identify areas for process improvement, applying lessons learned to future projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, or project management, preferably in the civil construction industry.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of civil construction techniques, processes, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with regional construction codes, environmental and safety regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, stakeholders, and subcontractors.

Job Description

You will be part of the mechanical team in Engineering, reporting to Mechanical Engineering Manager. You will use 3D CAD tool to design plastic and metal parts for electronic boxes. You will work on conduct rapid prototyping and rapid testing to validate design requirements You will perform design trouble shootings and design solution implementations.

You will support parts fabrication, product assembly and production processes. We would have you work on technical drawings, design reports, test plans and technical documentations. We would work with Quality team to ensure product quality and reliability

Your Responsibilities:

• ability to evaluate stress and strain for plastic and metal designs
• experience in and understanding of various 3D printing technologies and other rapid prototyping techniques
• ability to design mechanical tests for design verifications
• understanding of plastic molding and metal fabrication processes
• ability to design parts that facilitate product assembly and production processes
• Understand the design of electromechanical connectors
• Experience providing design solutioning to prevent product being damaged by thermal and mechanical shock and vibration

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Degree/Master in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
• You have min 3 or more years of experience in mechanical design of plastic and metal parts, for electronic boxes, in electronic product industry

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Candidate with the following skills will be preferred:ability to conduct computer modeling and simulation, using Ansys, during product design
  ability to instrument product and conduct shock and vibration tests on a shaker table
  You have skills to perform troubleshooting and solutioning.
