RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support to Supervisor/Senior Executive in Gym Tonic and Frailty Management Programme (FMP).

Gym Tonic:

• Implement Gym Tonic therapy programmes.
• Conduct group fitness/wellness programmes for Active Ageing Centres (AACs) if required.
• Monitor and record clients' vital signs for therapy
• Undertake administrative duties such as upkeep of clients' files, attendance-taking and tracking for follow-up where needed, administer billing and fees collection. :
• Upkeep of Gym Tonic therapy equipment and inventory records. This includes daily checks, coordinate matters relating to repair and maintenance.

FMP:

• Manage designated FMP sites and programmes as assigned
• Manage individual client's pre and post assessment plan.

Using our proprietary methodology, our professionals help clients conduct internal controls diagnostics, perform internal controls transformations and risk remediation, and deliver internal controls testing outsourcing or co-sourcing services.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager in the Technology Risk team, you will be expected to deliver assignments of high-level client satisfaction, work independently, discuss and articulate your deliverables with our clients and within the team, lead your team members to succeed in their assigned tasks including providing on-the-job coaching, share knowledge and be able to draw on subject matter specialist accordingly. You will contribute to help our clients enhance their IT risk strategy, embed an enterprise approach to risk management, optimize risk management functions and improve controls and processes.

To Qualify for the role, you must have

• A recognized university degree in accounting, business, information technology, engineering or other relevant discipline.
• Minimally 9 years of relevant experience in the Big 4 Accounting firm, consulting or industry experience in IT risks including information technology and information security working on areas such as IT audit, risks, regulatory compliance and/or IT-related implementation.
• Experienced in Data Visualisation e.g. Tableau, Cloud Security.
• Familiarity with Technology Risks and Controls, Governance, Risk and Compliance tools.
• Knowledgeable in GRC tools configuration preferably with implementation experience in automating GRC processes using tools like Archer and Service now.
• Working knowledge in the integration of the GRC tools with external data sources through API's and database integrations.
• Have at least an understanding of MAS regulations around IT risk management such as Technology Risk Management, Outsourcing and PDPA.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Candidates who possess professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are highly encouraged to apply.

About the team

The team is responsible for developing all of TTS South East Asia businesses - which will involve exciting projects covering user growth, homepage, discovery channel. You'll be tasked with creating a Global e-Commerce Shopping Platform, collaborating closely with engineers around the globe.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop efficient, highly scalable, and secured services to build/integrate e-Commerce solutions for TikTok Shop.

2. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok.

3. Be responsible for building an intuitive and reliable shopping experience, including browsing product details, check-out, shopping, return, refund etc.

4. Be responsible for TikTok's Shop Tab, building platforms and tools for merchants, clients, and businesses to manage campaigns, deliver the best results, and receive actionable insights.

5. Research, analyse and evaluate requirements for existing or new web and mobile applications.

6. Design, develop, test and maintain web and mobile solutions to meet the requirements.

7. Evaluate programming codes to ensure that they are properly structured, meet industry standards and are compatible with browsers and devices.

8. Develop website infrastructure and integrate websites with other computer applications.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.

2. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a native Android development environment using Java or Kotlin.

3. Familiar with mainstream frameworks like Android architecture Components, Retrofit etc.

4.. Experience with performance and reliability on mobile platforms, e-commerce experience is a plus.

5. Strong data analysis skills, able to identify product opportunities from technical metrics analysis.

6. Good understanding of business, technical abstraction and system module design.

7. Experience in e-Commerce is a plus.
