• Co-ordination with other departments on issues affecting project work.
• Liaise with government/statutory authorities, consultants, clients, suppliers etc.
• Provide timely project progress reporting to management.
• Attending project execution meetings.
• Responsible for application for the required consent / permits from the relevant statutory board or regulatory body – e.g. Port Singapore Authority (PSA), ministry of manpower.
• Detect project problems and ensure effective corrective measures are executed.
• Other ad-hoc duties required to carry out.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the budget from planning, reporting to ensuring maximum impact from investments, to manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
• Monitor budgets and construction schedules reporting back to HQ on a regular basis
• Manage and oversee all aspects of renovation for store opening from floor-plan feedback to visual tools check to final display execution, ensuring close cooperation with retail partners, HQ and external vendors.
• Ensuring that there is a detailed plan for each project to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
• Attend site handover meetings, to ensure that conditions are as per signed agreements.
• Conduct factory and local site visits or virtual calls to monitor ongoing quality and report progress back to HQ
• Access and accept completed store from external construction team and complete detailed build defects list.
• Lead rectification process of all build defects, ensuring these are completed in a timely manner.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the retail partners, external project management team (if any), contractors invovled, ensuring the project is delivered to satisfaction.
• Monitor competitors’ activity and identify new creative opportunities for renovation projects in the region.
• Identify commercial opportunities and challenges through Customers / Consumers/ Shopper/ Category understanding and business insights to deliver business objectives.
• Ensure POS and VM assets are well-maintained in the region.

Requirements:

• Possess 4 years and above of experience
• Creative, pragmatic and proactive.
• Able to take a collaborative approach to design, through engaging in conversations around stakeholder comment.
• Detail-oriented, strong in project management
• Experience in working with sales team, possessing analytical and numerical skills with good command of written communication.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence and develop business relationships at all levels of an organization
• Excellent decision-making skills with experience in planning, organizing, as well as problem solving skills.
• Team player with high level of integrity
• Demonstrate exceptional multi-tasking skills

•  Capture data from scanned images accurately and completely within keystrokes performance measurements
•  Perform quality checks on scanning, data entry and final digital output; rework as required.
•  Restore hard copy documents to original form as required for packing into archive boxes
•  Move archive boxes weighting up to 6kg~10kg within storage area
•  Assist in periodic inventory checks and audits
•  All other duties as assigned by management
