- This role aims to nurture future leaders passionate about driving innovation and digital transformation within the finance industry.
- Be part of CEO office team in all jobs related to strategy, goal setting, evaluation, planning, etc.
- He/she will work hand in hand with CEO team on daily basis to solve problems 360 degree in the company.
Requirement
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in any discipline or relevant discipline.
- Adaptable, agile, and has a strong willingness to learn new things.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Motivation and drive to make a difference at the workplace
- Ability to work independently and navigate through ambiguous situations with resourcefulness and resilience
- Good communication skills with the ability to convey ideas with clarity and confidence
- Coding proficiency is desirable, as this role involves streamlining processes through technology
