Job Description
- Shadow the deal teams through the entire deal process (from deal origination to completion).
- Assist in specific tasks assigned by deal team members – e.g. information gathering, preparation of company profiles, financial analysis, industry research, etc.
- Prepare pitch books, underwriting committee applications and deal discussion decks independently.
- Assist in the preparation of cashflow projections.
- Assist the team to gather information required on deals.
- Participate in underwriting and management discussions for new equity transactions.
- Identify key underwriting issues and how to address them.
- Prepare pitch books and deal discussion decks independently.
- Assist the team in preparation of internal management presentation materials and other ad-hoc requirements.
