What will you do?

1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

About The Role

The Airport projects department of Gunnebo Entrance Control requires a Project Engineer to support its expansion in the Airport passenger processing solutions.

The candidate will oversee delivering of Airport projects globally.

They will work closely with Multiple Stakeholders, in ternal and external, in a successful delivery of projects, on time, within budget and with required quality.

Our faculty and students apply their research results to solve real problems in a variety of industry settings and to create IT applications and systems. At the same time, our faculty actively publish in top-quality Computer Science and Management Science conferences and journals. On our faculty are several world-class scholars and rising stars in their respective disciplines.

We are committed to supporting the development of our faculty. Besides start-up support and career mentoring for junior faculty, their Ph.D. students are funded by the school rather than paid from their research grants. SCIS faculty members are encouraged to collaborate on innovative research projects and also on integrative and interdisciplinary projects. SMU as well as Singapore government agencies, such as the National Research Foundation, provide generous support for high-quality research proposals.

Our Education. SCIS offers the Ph.D. in Information Systems and Ph.D. in Computer Science programmes. Ph.D. students can concentrate in any of our computer science oriented research areas, or in our management science oriented Information Systems & Management research area.

SCIS launched a Professional Doctoral Degree, Doctor of Engineering (EngD) in 2020. The programme aims to train students to become IT leaders with deep technical expertise for innovating, designing and managing complex IT systems.

SCIS also offers Master of IT in Business (MITB), a professionally oriented coursework programme. Drawing from thought leadership in the ambits of data analytics, technological platforms and business strategies, the MITB programme delves into four specialisation tracks: Financial Technology & Analytics, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation. Each of these tracks uniquely resources students to lead competently and decisively.

Additionally, the undergraduate programmes offerings consist of the B.Sc. (Computer Science), B.Sc. (Information Systems), B.Sc. (Computing & Law) and B.Sc. Software Engineering programmes. The programmes have been remarkably successful in demonstrating educational innovations and creating a culture of learning, establishing external linkages and partnerships with industry, government and the social sector, and with job placement. We have an entrepreneurial student body, and many SCIS undergraduates have gone on to create or participate in start-ups.

Candidate requirements are as follows:

• Capable of delivering postgraduate course: Financial Technology & Analytics “Digital Payment & Innovation.
• Masters degree or PhD degree in a closely related discipline from a well-recognized university.

· For example, a Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Management Science, Decision Sciences, Marketing Analytics, Computational Physics, Computational Engineering or Science, and the like.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm and execute creative event marketing strategies.
• Assist in content creation for promotional materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and digital or print materials.
• Take the lead in updating websites with the latest information and promotional content.
• Support the production of promotional videos, newsletters, and blogs for event promotion.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on key performance metrics.
• Manage partnerships with media outlets and third-party marketing vendors.
• Work closely with the Indonesian team to ensure local relevance in marketing strategies and content.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for targeted audience outreach and engagement.
• Support sales team in lead generation for assigned shows which includes creating and maintaining a list/database via sales tools (Salesforce, Sales Cloud, CRM, Excel, etc.).
• Provide general customer support for exhibitors via email, telephone, or social media.
• Ensure timely dissemination to all relevant stakeholders of all project management documentation and administration.
• Provide end-to-end exhibition management; actively troubleshoot any arising concerns pre-event and on-site for exhibitor support.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High proficiency in MS Office and Canva, with basic experience in Mailchimp, Salesforce, ChatGPT, and basic skills in video editing and Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to deliver results independently is required.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with regional partners, especially the Indonesian team.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Positive attitude and interest in the exhibition industry.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overseas travelling as needed.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, event planning or related fields.

Business Support Manager – Private Wealth and Institutional Business

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the team function from multiple levels, covering client onboarding, client service, and team operation.
• To qualify inbounding leads from multiple channels with a set of discovery questions including lead qualification, so to better allocate best sales resources. It can involve simple platform and product introduction when needed.
• To support sales directors on onboarding corporate structure clients, through document internal alignment with internal stakeholders for needed documents and proofs and additionally document certification.
• To service financial institutions and channels on any incoming inquiries, related to middle and back-office issues, such as account related issues, rebates, reporting, ect…To act as contact point for internal resources.
• To assist team-lead on team operation, covering procedure creation, refining and execution, data collection and consolidation both for clients and team member performances.
• Develop standard sales process, including sales behavior, compliance requirements, customer service landing process, etc., to improve the efficiency of business development and internal cooperation efficiency.
• To review and assess processes to provide feedback to further improve work performance and services, both within the team and cross-teams.
• To support marketing manager for any marketing events and activities.
• To support business solution analyst for product launching for private wealth and institutional business in moomoo SG.
