Job Description & Requirements

Our client is a global FX solution company and now is looking for numbers of business development manager for the business expansion.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Sales Related Activity – mainly Asia Pacific

· Actively involved in all aspects of the 360 Sales Cycle:

o Prospecting & Lead generation (sourcing & pitching);

o Planning Sales calls, Meetings, Post Call follow ups;

o Presentations & Documentation;

o Owning/Implementing Sales;

o Post Sale Follow-Up, Repeat Sales & Upselling;

o Developing & maintaining strong Client Relationships (via Trading team where appropriate).

· Maintaining current market knowledge (e.g. reading Financial press, attending webinars etc.);

· Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast;

· Meeting set Sales targets/KPI’s on a weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis;

· Keeping accurate records and client interaction notes in the Company database FXDB (in line with Personal Data Protection Act 2012);

Compliance, Risk & Regulatory

· Working effectively and collaboratively with Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance teams to complete the Client onboarding process in line with Company and regulatory requirements;

· Ensuring adequate knowledge of their client (KYC) to enable the firm to deliver appropriate and suitable products and services;

· Liaise with Risk and Traders re. credit facilities;

· Engaging with the client with integrity, ensuring high service standards and in accordance with company policies;

· Understand and adhere to companies complaints procedure and escalating where necessary;

· Identify and appropriately manage conflicts of interest in accordance with regulatory and company requirements;

· Ensure that the role as first line defence is undertaken with diligence.

• Develop and implement tailored Project Control concepts for data center construction, ensuring precise cost and document control.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee all building and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services, encompassing renovations, construction works, and routine building maintenance.

· Coordinate, supervise, and manage repair, maintenance, and construction activities, involving technicians, vendors, contractors, and consultants in areas such as landscaping, janitorial services, and building works.

· Obtain and review vendor quotes for procuring parts, services, and labour for repairs, maintenance, and projects.

· Conduct comprehensive facilities inspections and generate detailed reports.

· Collaborate with users, project teams, and contractors to effectively plan and implement building/M&E projects, ensuring routine maintenance schedules are adhered to.

· Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules as per service contracts, and conduct routine inspections covering cleaning, security, waste disposal, washroom services, sanitary, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, landscaping, and pest control.

· Strategize and manage rectification works, prioritising efficiency and adherence to project timelines.

· Responsible for the smooth operation of assigned buildings, including quick and effective response to emergencies, with minimal disruption to tenants and owners.

· Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements, maintaining a secure working environment.

· Lead innovation initiatives by introducing new processes or technologies in collaboration with technology partners.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or an equivalent field, along with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Facilities Management.
