What you'll Do

The Service Delivery team is responsible for following all “New installation” / “Upgrade” projects from the sale is closed to the commissioning is done on the vessel, also called the “Pulse” structure. The Service Delivery Team is also involved in change requests and preventive maintenance and remote health checks of existing operational vessels, maintain the project documentations in PULSE and SAP.

All other Service Delivery globally should work through the same functional structure as Inmarsat Maritime. It is important for the Project Department to develop and maintain the functional structure in a good manner.

The day-to-day

General

8. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of projects and customer satisfaction. Share industry knowledge and best practices within the sales team.

Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:

• Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in sales engineering or technical sales roles within the electronic security systems industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of electronic security systems, such as access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems.

2. Technical Knowledge:

• Proficient knowledge of electronic security system technologies, including hardware, software, and integration capabilities.

As the Senior Manager, Project Management, you will support the delivery of large Data Centre Projects from their inception to completion, or, depending on your experience, lead our small to medium scale projects. Role Purpose:

The main duty of a Sales & Customer Management Executive (SCME) is to secure excellent sales results (new and existing students) in order to assist the Teaching Centre to meet or exceed its sales targets.

The SCME is also responsible for delivering a seamless customer experience to customers when handling enquiries about British Council English language services and to provide a high quality, efficient and integrated pre and post-sale customer management experience for students and other customers across all British Council Services meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Main accountabilities but not limited to the following:

Sales & Account Servicing
To meet and exceed all sales (new and existing students) targets and KPIs as set out by the organisation.

• Be accountable for individual’s & team’s monthly/quarterly sales (new and existing students) targets.
• Provide consultation services to students or parents on British Council courses and be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for prospects, guiding them through the journey from first enquiry to final sale.

General

• Comply with the Standing Operating Procedures (SOP) as per the job requirement
