Job Scope

• Organise corporate investor relations and analyst marketing events, conferences and roadshows for institutional investors and corporate clients

Duties and Responsibility·

Assist Project Manager to oversee all daily construction activities on site to meet project progress and quality goals.

· Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations

· Ensure all works are carried out in compliance to QA/QC requirements

· Convey proper instructions to subcontractors to ensure all installation works are executed in accordance with approved construction drawings details

· To manage construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues

· Prepare installation sequence & micro schedule for respective façade elements according to construction drawings

· Coordinate with Subcontractors on all matters pertaining to site installation and quality issues

· Monitor and update daily project/site progress report

· Maintain proper records of Site Inspection Reports, materials deliveries and site activities

· Arrange & Coordinate Site Testings and Inspections with Vendors and RTO/RE

· Manage and plan site materials and equipment delivery to ensure efficient use of resources

· Co-ordinate site storage space with Main Contractor

· To assist Project Manager in timely submission of materials samples and mock-up for approval

You will manage full implementation of hospital development and expansion projects – from preliminary planning and proposal to project hand over and closure. Ensure that the execution, budget and quality of the development are in accordance with the established programme, rules and guidelines. Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop design proposal including feasibility study, conceptual design, preliminary program, budget estimation and cashflow projection for workplan submissions and/or funding request

• Work with stakeholders to mitigate risks & derive max value from the partners/ vendors to meet organization’s need.

• Manage cost effectively and exercise good governance in payment management. Able to manage and optimize the utilization of resources to achieve organizational goals and business objectives

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural Engineering or any other relevant discipline

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years in supervisory / managerial capacity

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project & Microsoft Excel
