· Review business performance, recommend changes to the existing investment portfolios

· Identify potential strategic investment

· Lead the investment strategy and associated activities

REQUIREMENT:

· MAS Representative would be highly advantageous

· Master's/Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or similar), with CFA preferred

· Preferable at least 15 years of relevant working experience in the stock exchange (US & HK market) or public equity investment background

· Strong quantitative and financial modelling background with hands on experience on building tactical asset allocation models

· Strong communication skills (English & Chinese) to liaise with Chinese-speaking director(s)

OTHER INFORMATION:
• Location : Millenia Tower (Near Suntec City)

• Working hours : 9.00am to 6.00pm (5 Days)

• Salary: up to S$18,000 higher/ Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

• To undergo training for the skill sets of non-supervisory roles to understand and perform the functions.
• To undergo management training and responsibilities so as to be able to lead and manage both operations and management
• Complete all training and acquire the knowledge and skills to perform independently.

• Handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and standards are achieved
• Provide excellent service experience to all customers
• Handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor and ensure the quality of food, customer services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet the company’s standards
• Handle cashiering duties and managing of ordering systems
• Rostering and managing of staff and attendance
• Conduct service training and improvements
• Report to Management regarding sales results and productivity
• Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability
• Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to
• Oversee purchasing to stay within budget
• Able to be a backup for all position
• Assist any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisors/Managers
• Able to perform additional duties as requested by the Management as and when required
