Implement and provide directions in project planning, coordinate works, liaise with clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, Building Management in ensuring overall progress based on schedule planned.

• Leverage administrative expertise to qualitatively record the project outcomes.

• Co-ordinate between product and marketing team on operational activities.
• Manage documenting and circulating the client's requirements on time / within relevant groups of product, marketing, and content.

3. Risk ManagementIdentify and evaluate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
   Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring projects remain on track and within scope.
   Proactively manage any issues or conflicts, leveraging problem-solving skills to maintain project momentum.
   
4. Resource CoordinationCoordinate with HR, finance, and operations to allocate resources and budget efficiently.
   Manage project budgets to ensure all deliverables are met within allocated financial resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a technology-focused industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

To supervise and manage all related matters with regard to the day to day civil activities on the project with theobjective of meeting the schedule, quality, and safety objectives.

To manage and oversee the civil and recovered materials work in order to ensure the Project Safetyenvironmental, quality and Programme objectives are satisfied.

To monitor materials on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet theconstruction program.

• To resolve all technical and non-technical issues

OBJECTIVES (GOALS)

Your main responsibility are handles order fulfilment processes and administrative tasks for the manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly. This may include ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments to meet customer specific requested date.

DUTIES

• Prepare quotations after obtain costing from Engineering.
• Receiving and processing purchase orders from customers.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• To work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• To create budgets and other important documents for companies and maintained in databases.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Liaise with vendor to ensure all technical queries are close in a timely manner.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
