Summary of Role:

• Reporting to Program Manager. Provide project management by liaise with customer on new project requirements and perform process execution as well as coordinate with in-house team

Responsibilities:

• Studies design, customer requirements, specifications and performance standards for new projects.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Maintains and track project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities among quality, engineering and tooling for mold trial related activities; resolving and troubleshooting process and problems.
• Validate mold trial and assembly outcome required, mold, measurement and process improvement.
• Follow up and provide timely update and submission on project schedule.
• Maintains product and company reputation by complying with relevant regulations.
• Able to create a document like Process Flow, Control Plan, pFMEA, WI and related procedures.
• Authority to initiate and arrange engineering risk build.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in relevant discipline
• 3-5 years’ project management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding, process, project management or related field preferred
• Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, TS16949, familiar with FMEA, PPAP, APQP and IOPQ.
