Job Title : Project Validation Leader

The position, located in Singapore, is an exciting opportunity to be part of an Innovative & Dynamic team, within the Validation Team of the Imaging Division, working on different worldwide leading technology image sensors targeting various customers and markets (Consumer, Industrial, Automotive).

As the project validation Leader, you will manage the Validation, Electrical and Optical Characterization implementation of the project and report the status to different teams inside or outside Imaging Division.

Your will have the following objectives:

• Lead the product validation process till the qualification
• Define the Validation strategy and Electrical & Optical characterization, in line with the project objectives and the Division strategy
• Build and manage a project plan associated with resources and materials
• Manage projects meetings (Kick-off, weeklies,) and technical core-team
• Coordinates multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones
• Contribute to the project risks analysis
• Track PCB hardware design and developing testing scripts that align with product and characterization requirements.
• Track validation progress, anticipating potential issues, and implementing preventive or corrective actions
• Ensure that the expected documents and deliverables are implemented according to the plan
• Participate in product qualification and customer-related activities in collaboration with all relevant divisional functions.
• Lead the project postmortem in order to enhance the next project implementation
• Contribute to the training and expertise growing of the team
• Propose methods and tools improvements vs Project validation

You will be key for the success of the Imaging Division as you will be in contact with different teams covering a large broad range of expertise inside the Imaging Division, but also with Division external customers.

You will take advantage and rely on a large range of technicals expertise of the team members in Optics, Electronics, Mechanics and software. You will be working in close collaboration with the product IC development teams (IC hardware design, Firmware), application team in order to provide the best solution for the external customers. You will be a key member of the IC project team and participate to project core meetings in order to share information, actions and priorities

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Master or Bachelor’ degree in Electrical Engineering, optoelectronics, or similar discipline.
• At least, 4 years of experience in Validation, Testing, Electronic product development or project Management.

Project Manager

• Work Location: Changi Naval Base, Project Office at Lavender area
• Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, alt sat full day
• Salary: $9,000 to $13,000 (depends on experience)

Requirement

• Masters/Degree in Civil & Engineering or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of Experience. Experience in Civil Works, Dredging, revetment, construction of pier/wharf.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

Job scope

• Carry out project planning, scheduling, cost control, good documentation system and project management.
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Responsible to participate in the contract review to evaluate company’s capability to fulfil contract order requirements that include involvement in the tender clarification meeting with the prospective client.
• Ensure that all aspects meet the government regulations and standards, including safety of works, inspections and testing of equipment and machinery, training needs of staff.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Able to lead and manage in house survey team.

- Prepare the survey method of statement to submit the consultant and client.

- Perform levelling, traversing, setting-out points, survey data collecting, topographic surveying and boundary surveys as and when necessary.

- Managing the marine piling and concrete precast vertical walls installation in marine construction.
