Responsibilities:

• To carry out thorough review and verify all project-related drawings (including working drawings, shop drawings, authority submission drawings, and as-built drawings) and specifications for all Works. Promptly identify and address any discrepancies or potential issues before the commencement and throughout the progression of ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, Electrical, Fire Protection System, C&S works, and architectural works/activities on site.
• To carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
• Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.
• To ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• To liaise with the contractors in the coordination of site works and resolving site installation problems.
• Maintain a daily site records and submit weekly progress report with photographs to the Consultant/Project Lead.
• To proactively highlight issue and any unusual site findings to the Consultant/Project Lead to ensure solutions or directions are given in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing.
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred.
• Possess at least 3 years of site supervision experience, preferably in building works.
• Familiar with local codes and regulations, as well as technical knowledge.
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES.

You will be part of a dynamic start-up team in the plan, design, develop and construct new patient-centric healthcare facilities. It spans facilities across the campus, which includes a short-stay hospital, elective surgical facilities, specialist outpatient clinics, Emergency Department and staff offices. You will lead and/ or facilitate discussions with clinical stakeholders to redesign the model of emergency care, ensuring that patients’ needs are effectively triaged and managed from the front door. You will work in consultation with the clinicians to plan and develop the clinical and supporting services in the Emergency Department, and to translate these service plans into the physical design and infrastructure requirements of the facility.

This entails:

• Planning and executing the clinical service strategy for emergency care in line with future models of care while focusing on new paradigms in a post-COVID-19 environment.
• Co-leading the secretariat team to support assigned Committees led by Senior Management and its supporting Workgroups.
• Working with the core team and key stakeholders to develop a detailed business case proposal.
• Fronting engagements with government and other external agencies on issues pertaining to the conceptual model, business case and service plans.

As part of the Global Account team, the Global Testing Manager compliments the team by specifically being responsible for managing the creation, tracking and reporting of designated testing and training materials for the Finished Goods COE “Centre of Excellence” and Global SAP S4/H program. This role engages, communicates, facilitates, administers and controls the regional/country resources for testing and training into the Finished Goods COE “Centre of Excellence” and Global SAP S4/H program

Specific Accountabilities

• Management of assigned testing and training administration including test script creation, management via business tool and training material management
• Timely and accurate reporting on status and progress
• Manage / report business risk, with proposed mitigations for the testing and training workstream within the overall program
• Support definition of an aligned global change management process with the wider CM global account team
