Job Purpose

• Supports business in the preparation for digital systems roll-out and routine operations in a start-up environment for procurement operation.

Responsibilities

• Works with the wider organization and the Procurement team on-site to deliver support for the business systems used in day-to-day business operations.
• Supports the key users in the roll-out and implementation of ERP system (i.e. Coupa and SAP).
• Supports business in the creation and maintenance of organizational records by developing effective monitoring tools to support good records management.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with key stakeholders and acts as an effective business partner to support the commercial activities within the organization.
• Interacts with Finance and the Legal team for daily operations and to resolve operational roadblocks.
• Manages site level and/or business-led projects and initiatives as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Possess great business acumen with good hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract processes.
• Possess good understanding of suppliers’ landscapes within SG and APAC region, independent, resourceful and can drive and engage stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Able to collaborate positively with all levels in a cross-matrix environment.
• Resilient, adaptable and can navigate through ambiguity, competing priorities and limited resources in a typical start-up environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, SAP S4/Hana ERP system.
• Experience in the use of SAP and Coupa.

• Experience in machining/metal stamping parts will be added advantage
