Jal Yoga International is a well established Yoga studio that has 6 studios around Singapore offering Yoga, Pilates and Barre classes an expanded to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Jakarta and Dubai.
We are seeking a mature and responsible individual capable of managing both our studio branch and our esteemed customers. The goal is to enhance member engagement, satisfaction, renewal rates, and cultivate advocates for our brand.
Job descriptions:
Customer Care Team - Welcome and On-board New Members
- Welcome new members, provide support in starting their wellness journey
- Engage and build rapport with members to gather early feedback
- Follow through the new member onboarding process
Customer Care Team - Engage Existing Members
- Personalised Check-in message at 1/3/6 months
- Review members attendance & frequency
- Check in with members who stop coming regularly
- Track and prepare Birthday Cards
- Maintain Complaint Tracker – ensure closure
You will also be tasked with overseeing the operational control of your branch, collaborating closely with the Head of Operations on a daily basis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Able to handle cleaning duties such as mats sanitising, studio upkeep, toilet hygiene and wrapping up the studio by end shift
- Those who can commit morning and evenings to do covers will be an advantage
- Admin background is a must
Available working hours:
- Mon - Fri 7am to 1pm or 4pm -10pm
- Able to commit weekends/PH 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Locations available Kovan both shifts, Katong - evening, Bukit Timah evening
Training will be provided.
