Key Result Areas

Product Management

• Engage and influence stakeholders to analyse and document organisational and users’ needs, and write user stories and product feature requirements for enterprise applications (e.g. HR Management System, Finance and Accounting System, Client progress outcomes tracking system).

Job Holder Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma holder in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field, or equivalent work experience

• At least 3 years working experience in product development in enterprise or consumer applications or 3 years in a social service agency implementing change management initiatives

As part of the Good Life Services team, the Child Protective Service (CSO) leads in implementation of child protection policies and processes to safeguard the safety and well-being of children and young persons in Rainbow Centre services and programmes. Deliver Child Protection Services

• Act as the first point of contact for all RC staff to get in touch with regards to child safe matters, including sharing about observations of potential risks to child safety.

The Facilities Management team is responsible for ensuring that our buildings and facilities support the empowerment and inclusion of our users. The Senior/Executive (Facilities Management) will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintenance and upkeep of the RC’s estate and facilities, through regular building and M&E inspections, compliance to authorities’ requirements and management of service subcontractors to effectively achieve the highest standard.
