Responsibilities:

• Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Liaise closely with client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues.
• Mentor a team of service team members.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated individual whom is able to work under minimum supervision.

The Customer Service Officer is an expert in account activities management focusing on delivering excellence to ensure service quality satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Effectively handle and manage customers’ feedbacks and complaints
• Responsible to upkeep the service level to ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners
• Responsible for front-office and back-office duties which includes customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfilment
• Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
• Participate actively in the customer retention program and strategy
• Tracks and assist in collection of outstanding payments in relation to the income generated from your department
• Ad-hoc duties such as billing and filing
• Perform other duties or projects assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and 3 years of experience in service-related industry
• Meticulous, organised and an effective team player
• Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken, to liaise with English and Chinese speaking clients

RESPONSIBILITY:

· Sort out and account for daily work orders/ roadside assistance forms.

· Raise work orders for sub-contractors.

· Submission of battery tax invoices and payment received.

· Submission of membership application, service receipt and payment received.

· Submission of scrap car documents.

· Submission of official receipts and payment received to Finance Department.

· Submission of refund cases to Finance Department.

· Prepare billing reports for Finance Department.

· Checking of sub-contractors’ reports.

· Checking of invoices.

· Undertake any other tasks assigned by superiors from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum qualification: NITEC or equivalent.

· Minimum experience: 1 year of relevant working experience.

· No related experience with willingness-to-learn and positive attitude are welcome to apply.

· Able to start work immediately/ within short notice are preferred.
