This role offers undergraduates a significant learning opportunity to contribute to the integration of one of HMI Medical's entities. As a Corporate Planning Intern, you will report to the Corporate Planning Senior Manager and assist the Corporate Planning team in project management and execution of key integration workstreams. You will support in the management of internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams and assist in preparing presentation materials when reporting to senior management on key integration initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the development of integration plans to achieve synergy targets and value realization for the respective entity.
• Assist in the project management and execution of integration plans/key integration projects for one of HMI Medical’s entities.

We are now looking for a Patient Service Officer to be part of the team. The successful candidates will be deployed to one of the clinics within the medical centre.

The successful candidate will be performing the following duties, but not limited to:

• Perform registration: key in patients’ data and register in the system.
• Generate bill estimation form.
• Advise patients on Medisave / medishield / private shield / corporate guarantees and to obtain signatures on the relevant forms.
• Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.
• Assist doctor during the consultation.
• Booking of appointments in the system.
• Alert and rectify duplicate patients’ records in the system.
• Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff.
• Collect deposit if required.
• Handle billing, collection of payment (cash, NETS, credit cards, cheques) with integrity and accuracy.
• Perform daily closing of collections and alert superiors on discrepancies if any.

The Volunteer Manager at KKCS will drive the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the organization’s volunteer programs, ensuring they effectively support the needs of all service units. Additionally, the role involves building data management systems to assess volunteer impact and engaging with community partners to expand support networks for KKCS.

The Volunteer Manager will play a crucial role in aligning volunteer contributions with KKCS’s mission, fostering growth and recognition for volunteers, and ensuring program compliance and quality.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Volunteer Management

1.1. Lead, develop, and implement volunteer management policies, processes, and culture across KKCS.

1.2. Build and maintain a pool of dedicated volunteers to support all KKCS service units.

1.3. Conduct needs analyses with service units, including risk assessment, role descriptions, and continuity planning.

1.4. Oversee volunteer recruitment, registration, screening, and interviews.

1.5. Coordinate onboarding programs in collaboration with service units.

1.6. Develop and oversee volunteer training and capability development programs.

1.7. Lead volunteer evaluation sessions and organize appreciation events.

1.8. Ensure volunteer adherence to organizational guidelines, including the code of conduct.

2. Data management

2.1. Establish and maintain IT systems for efficient volunteer data management.

2.2. Oversee volunteer data tracking and analysis for impact evaluations.

3. Partnership Engagement

3.1. Lead engagement with internal and external partners to fulfill KKCS's volunteer needs.

3.2. Build and sustain a network of community partners to support KKCS services.

4. Other duties:

Requirements

· Degree in Social Sciences or related field preferred.

· Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Social Service or similar settings.
