Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform daily accounting tasks including arranging payments to vendors, overseas and local expenses staff claims, billing of invoices, preparing vouchers, journal entries in timely manner

· Prepare month-end closing including preparing accounts schedules, bank reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations and management reporting

· Support year end closing and audit

· Handle quarterly GST submissions

· Prepare financial forecasts and budgets

Requirements:

JOB SUMMARY/JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in managing various HR functions. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to contribute to the development and execution of HR operations aligned with our company's objectives.

• Perform the full employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Administer and execute a full spectrum of HR processes such as personnel administration (proper records organization), compliance with statutory regulations, salary administration, employee movement (transfers/promotion/confirmation/resignation) processes, employee benefits and any such activities.
• Prepare and process overall payroll ensuring that salary is paid timely and accurately (commission, incentive, allowance, reimbursement)
• Prepare and submit the CPF, Income Tax (IR21, IR8A)
• Administer and update employees’ database on a timely and accurate basis
• Process and prepare all types of employment-related letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, termination letters, increment letters and bonus letters
• Apply for a work visa /work permit and oversea quota
• Support HR projects and take the initiatives for HR process
• Handle Foreign staff management which includes processing of pass activities, renewal, medical check up, insurance plans, staff welfare and managing Government portals related to foreign employment.
• Resolving employee grievances by counseling employees and supervisors
• Manage Group Employee Insurance plan by update staff movement, advice on cost center charging and ensure staff claims are duly submitted to the Insurance company
• Prepares statistics for all government surveys and questionnaires

The Key roles and responsibilities of the internship in Human Resource Department include the following:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding
• Update and maintenance of the staff personnel files
• Assist in preparation in Payroll
• Assist in granting consolidated documents
• Support and make recommendation to HR processes and practices
• Prepare and present key metric reports for the Global HR Team and the Leadership Team

The Assistant/Restaurant Manager, Entrepôt oversees and leads all activities within the assigned property to the highest level. He or she will be responsible for leading and directing the restaurant operations to ensure that the guest experience, food and beverage quality and departmental revenue and profit goals meet its highest standard. He or she will also ensure adherence to federal, state and local regulations concerning health, safety, and other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. He or she will report directly to the Acting Manager, F&B Service.

The job responsibilities include the following:

• To oversee operations, ensuring that guest satisfaction is monitored and where appropriate, rectified throughout their experience.
• Detailed knowledge of the full bar menu, and able to give comprehensive descriptions of all products.
• Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with company policy
• Ensure proper scheduling of staff and administration of human resource records.
• Establish relationships with suppliers and constantly research on new suppliers to ensure competitive sourcing.
• Assist in the management and organization of inventories. Conduct of inventory spot checks where necessary.
• Display good supervisory skills with ability to assign and delegate duties among staffs.
• Manage customer complaints to build brand loyalty.
• Maintain a high customer profile, and handle promptly and courteously all guest comments, questions, complaints, requests and enquiries, taking the necessary action steps and ensuring thorough follow-through.

Requirements:

The candidate should possess the following:

• Diploma in Food and Beverage, Hotel Operations or other related fields, with at least 4 years of related and managerial experience.
• Pre-opening experience for Food and Beverage outlets across various concepts and operations and possess banquet operations experience.
• Experience in menu planning and menu engineering.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, and experience in managing large complex teams.
• Creative food and beverage professional with a can-do attitude and always keen to elevate and redefine the food and beverage offerings under his or her charge.
• Confident and meticulous.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
