· Fridays: 6.30am to 3.15pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break

· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Description:

• Support the team in the design of internal communications to cascade key organisational messages, as well as planning of events such as Townhall
• Support the team in developing engaging content for the intranet portal and/or leadership training e-modules
• Coordinate engagements with user groups to understand pain points and gather feedback
• Assist in analysing user feedback data and identifying areas for improvement
• Assist in content migration and developing website prototypes based on user feedback
• Assist in data management/organisation and analysis for projects to track project status, participants, KPIs etc
• Contribute to the development of data visualisations/dashboarding

• Working days: Mon - Fri
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm
