Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Architecture / Architecture or any related field
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Interior Design & Site Execution, preferably with premium residential, offices, hotels experiences

• Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skill.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skill.
• Proficient in Project Management Programs, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.

Job Description & Requirements

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

• Liaising with vendor on maintenance servicing for office equipment. (eg. photocopier, water dispenser, coffee machine)
• Provide assistance in general administrative support as and when needed.
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The Chief Merchandising Officer is in charge of the creation and implementation of merchandising strategies in their company. • Manage the Buying and Merchandising team and be responsible for the entire Buying and Merchandising function for both travel retail and e-commerce
• Provide detailed analysis and trade reports on a regular basis
• Organise and manage the Buying for Singapore's operations
• Fully accountable for the entire stock management system
• Responsible for producing all in-season reports, forecasting and buying plans
• Measure and monitor the performance of the business on a weekly basis
• Be completely in charge of the allocation & distribution of stock
• Partner with the Retail teams to ensure launches, sales etc. are actioned seamlessly
• Partner with the senior management team to create and implement strategies, processes / procedures and guidelines
• Operates as a strategic business manager, overseeing the teams and their processes, demonstrating best practise

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• An advanced degree in Merchandising or business (MBA) is preferred
• Merchandising Experience in Liquor & Tobacco industry is required
• 10 years of experience in a leadership role

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Asset Management department is responsible for BW Group vessels management activities such as investment/divestment of vessels, identify business opportunities, generate returns through asset play, long term projects and/or forward paper markets as well as supporting other business units in their sales and purchase activities through service agreements.

Responsibilites

• Update, verify and maintain records of vessel details and tonnage transactions in the company's Master Data Management (MDM) database
• Gain knowledge and skills related to the industry and apply knowledge to the tasks assigned
• Monitor and analyse market trends
• Assist with the preparation of monthly report
• Assist with the vessel(s) sales and purchase delivery documentation
• Assist and responsible for sending out routine reports
• Participate in any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as required

• Demonstrate a good attitude and willing to learn fundamentals of shipping market and basic financial knowledge
• Ability to work in a precise and accurate manner while under time pressure
• Well versed with Microsoft Office products (i.e Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good presentation skills and be able to communicate well; both verbally and in a written format
• Good collaboration and team player, fit well with the team
