Narrative Development

• In partnership with Asia leadership and Global Head of Comms lead the development of an annual evolved marketing and communications plan for the year ahead, one that differentiates the agencies in the market.

Thought Leadership

• Develop a strategy to generate topical subject matter, placements (3rd party and/or owned channels) and content creation for all elements of the Backslash and NEXT Intelligence units within TBWA.

• Develop and implement a strategy for how to translate industry-leading initiatives, work and intelligence from across TBWA into communications for new audiences e.g. consultants, procurement etc.

• Ensure regional and market leadership and subject matter experts are elevating the profile of the Collective through speaking engagements, content series and PR.

External Communications

• Set strategy for digital channels.

• Deliver best practice for Tone of Voice across TBWA regional channels as well as working closely with markets to ensure all social media channels and websites are complementary.

• Oversee the team executing regional events to ensure smooth running and creative approach is being taken to all events.

• Set communications strategy for launches including new product offerings and business units.

• Advise the WW Comms team on the development of a detailed content strategy for 2024 and beyond.

• Develop and deliver an industry-leading contact strategy to ensure engagement with as yet untapped audiences.

Media Relations

• Lead all press outreach.

• Responsible for all forms of outbound news including breaking work, new hires, and other various press- worthy matters.

• Build strategic and fruitful relationships with press; ensuring our top talent are meeting the right journalists, at the right time, with relevant content.

• Identify appropriate spokespeople to comment on topical issues related to the media and marketing landscape, tapping into wider economic/societal/cultural trends.

Internal Communications

• Lead the development and implementation of new newsltter series from leaders into the Collective.

Speaker Opportunities

• Lead the team in the implementation of marketing efforts around regional and market leadership speaking engagements to help widen TBWA’s reach and influence at conferences outside the usual industry verticals through a creative approach to speaking engagements and our storytelling.

Vulnerability Management Expert

Data Security Services team in Singapore is responsible for day-to-day operational services on the infrastructure of Europe (mainly France and UK) and Asia remotely from Singapore. France infrastructure represents approximately 80% of the worldwide production activities in Singapore.

Team works in Asia and Europe time zones and this role will be aligned primarily to France, UK and SGP working hours. Flexible rotations are allowed based on the nature of duties.

Main responsibilities for this Role

Vulnerability Management Expert is an individual role within the Data Security Services team and will be responsible for owning the Vulnerability Management. The individual is supported by platform teams for remediation actions.

The position is pivotal for driving the process with various cross-functional (transverse) IT teams.

Person will be responsible for following (but not limited to) responsibilities in day-to-day work:

Job Discription:

§ Monitor assigned vessel’s technical operation and maintenance.

§ Monitor performance through monthly return reports / vessel inspections and maintain optimum maintenance levels

§ Monitor and establish reasons for excessive/unusual wear and tear and develop means to control/rectify same, through consultation with Technical Manager.

§ Monitor technical performance of vessels and monitor consumption of spares/ luboil and bunkers to ensure these are not caused by poor condition of vessel.

§ Liaise with Marine Superintendent, Master or Chief Engineer on the vessel’s maintenance programme and on operational matters.

§ Ensure that all forms are filled in correctly and filed onboard / sent to the office.

§ Inspect vessel’s under his charge at intervals of not more than six months(-/+ 1 months). A vessel inspection checklist shall be used as guidance.

§ Provide detailed operating budgets for maintenance dry-docking and special survey

§ Prepare monthly report on vessel’s budgeted and actual expenditure and submit/report to Technical Manager on same. Initiate follow-up action where possible, to contain costs within budgeted parameters

§ Check all bills for repairs/luboils/spares/stores and keep verification of same through shipboard record of supplies/consumption. Maintain current data on costs obtained from various sources, in-cooperation with Procurement department.

§ Control volume and prepare specifications for repairs given to outside workshops/repairers and organize supplies of repair equipment. Provide feedback on purchases and encourage ship staff to tackle same onboard.

§ Draw timely attention of principals to areas where costs might be expected and which are additional to the budget.

§ Advise the ships under control on the budget as well as the actual cost for the technical items. Reduce costs by motivating the ship’s staff, improving cost awareness by regularly advising them on cost of stores and spares ordered.

§ Monitor survey cycles, statutory survey requirements.

§ Maintain validity of class, international, national and specific certificates. Plan regular and special surveys/repairs/dry-docking in advance with max time and cost benefits for each vessel.

§ Keep up to date on requirements/changes in statutory/class rules/development and other regulations. Attend to matters for registration reflagging, selling and buying as per flag requirements.

§ Ensure that safety and pollution control (ISM) priority becomes part of all aspects of shipboard management.

§ Ship staff to be continuously updated/instructed/advised/follow up on implementation of same in co-ordination with Technical Manager and Marine Department.

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

CMA CGM has a fleet of powerful, diversified and environmentally-friendly fleet of vessels, we have an opening for a forward-thinking team-player to join our QHSE team in Singapore.

As a Marine Safety Officer, you will responsible to ensure that your assigned fleet of vessels are in compliances with IMS and all relevant international rules and regulations, and you perform your duties accordingly with the company’s quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies. You will be monitoring vessels’ continuous performance improvement plan, ensuring timely periodical reports are submitted.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring the implementation of the Integrated Management System and the Ship Security Plan
• Promote good communication between ashore departments and ship crew
• Ensuring the seaworthiness of assigned vessels (i.e: properly manned, maintained and equipped)
• Management and follow-up of ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO and flag audits
• Handling QSSE audits or inquries onboard your assigned vessels
• Monitoring of corrective and preventive actions
• Accident investigation
• Regular vessels inspections and port visits in accordance to company’s KPIs
• Conducting trainings when required for both shore staffs and ship crew

You will be the contact point of flag administrations and support Fleet department with the classification societies (RO). You will be required to participate in the Emergency Response Team when necessary.

Minimum qualifications / experience:

• Sailing experience as Captains (or minimally as an experienced Chief Officer) on-board merchant ships, preferably container vessels
• Trained in ISM and ISO Internal audits, CSO and accident investigations
• Knowledge in QHSE management
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-based environment;
• Physical ability to perform audit onboard ships
• Able to travel aboard for ships visits / inspections regularly (in covid-19 safe situation)
