• Prepare and maintain records of stock movements, returns, and damaged goods.
• Submit regular inventory and operations reports to management.
• Assist in audits and compliance checks as required.

• This role act as a support to the Japanese expatriates with their smooth relocation process including visa support, setting up bank accounts, housing/service apartments etc.
• Assist in family relocation process like liaising with the Japan Embassy (Marriage / Birth certificates translation) for Dependent Pass application.
• Arrange VIP visits, organize meetings and gatherings for Japanese expatriates.
• Arrange/coordinate appointments and bookings for meetings and company car use.
• Administrative support to executives and expatriate staff for housing matters and travel arrangements (Hotel/flight booking).
• Administration of Work Pass (EP, S Pass, and DP) & Income Tax related matters.
• Administration of internship or WHP (New application) for Overseas students.
• Business trip coordination (e.g., flight and hotel bookings, VISA applications)
• Manage office supplies and factory inventory by working with the factory management and finance department.
• Monitor contracts (facilities, housing, membership, subscriptions, service providers, and suppliers), signal contract expiry, and prepare quotes.

Requirements

• JLPT certification is preferred as this role requires liaising frequently with Japanese internal and headquarters stakeholders in Japan.
• At least 5 years in admin or HR position with Japanese MNC

Job Description:

• Analyze and evaluate existing processes, take measurements and interpret data including SCADA system operations (in line with company towards digitalization)
• Perform risk assessments
• Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow
• Oversee operations and maintenance of facility processes
• Determine the organization and setup of operations
• Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures
• Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve throughput and quality of output
• Manage cost and time constraints
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions
• Involve and perform PSM and Hazop study
• Become turn key manager to plan and execute plant shutdown

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering
• Min 1 years of process industry experience
• Strong working knowledge of process related standards, Process Improvement and Safety Management
• Team oriented and dynamic

Others:

• Working hours : Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm)
• Company Transport / Transport Allowance if candidate travel to work by him/herself (S$120)
