Key Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

· Executive-level culinary management experience required.

· At least 5 years in culinary management experience in a multi-unit setting required.

Job Responsibilities:

· Participate in the conceptualization of the restaurant’s food menu together with Café Management

· Actively review and update menu with new and exciting items

· Plan and direct food preparation

· Minimize supply wastage and apply cost control

· Involved in kitchen operation from food preparation to final product

· Prepare ingredients to be used in cooking like chopping, peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.

· Ensure the correct rotation by FIFO and maintain stock level of all food products
