Job Requirement

- Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM

Job Overview:

The Network and Security Level 2 Support role is responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for network and security issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• SME for Network and Security: Provide escalation support for Network and Security Products (CheckPoint, Palo Alto and Fortinet)
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Provide advanced troubleshooting for network and security incidents, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network devices.
• Incident Response: Respond to and resolve network and security incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on operations and strict adherence to committed SLA.
