We’re searching for an Engineer to be part of our Quality & Product Engineering diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for Quality control for Facilities and Fab use - UPW, Chemicals, wafers, Fab Environment and Incoming quality check of materials.
What you will be working on:
- Liaise and support fab engineering modules on requirements for ad-hoc requests
- Communicate to end user and follow up for OOC/OOS issues
- Manage, maintain and verify functionality of equipment and perform troubleshoot where required
- Responsible and accountable for work quality and integrity in all assigned tasks
- Participate in continuous improvement programs/ initiate action for continuous improvement in work processes, safety and quality standards
- To monitor and improve the performance of analytical tools and methods for analysis
- Responsible for safety and housekeeping of Lab work areas and environment
- Update in meetings for Pre alert/ Out of control/ shutdown cases
- Update and maintain documents for Lab operation and analytical tools
- Update and reporting of lab operation and issues
- In charge of arrangement for Lab manpower
- Internal audit of lab
More About You:
- Degree in Chemistry/ Material Science or equivalent
- 1- 3 year experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, Chemical Lab or/ and quality related experience preferred
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of analytical techniques
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Win Word, Powerpoint, Tableau and Excel VBA
- Knowledge of requirements IATF16949, ISO17025, ISO 14000, OSHA 18000 will be an added advantage
