• 2-3 years of related finance/accounting work experience under a medical laboratory industry.

Work Week

• Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm

• Saturday: 8.30 am to 1.00 pm

We are currently looking for a Clinical Application specialist to cover the ASEAN market for a global Medical Imaging company.

This role is all about education of users and that means lots of travel, you will set your own schedule but being out there in the markets is essential. If you love travelling away for work, meeting new people and communicating the best way of using a product then this will be interesting for you.

This is the only role of its type in ASEAN so you will have a great deal of autonomy in your work and the chance to engage closely with the ASEAN leadership team too.

The Clinical Application Specialist responsible for:

• Conduct in-service and pre-sales demonstrations and provide comprehensive training sessions for medical professionals on device usage, ensuring initial training occurs within two to three weeks of installation.
• Record and track all visits, follow up with additional training as needed, and communicate customer needs and trends to relevant managers and teams.
• Support sales and marketing efforts through on-site tradeshow participation, data collection, customer feedback, and assisting with various sales activities when needed.

The Clinical Application Specialist will be/have:

• Relevant experience as Apps Specialist in imaging, ‘good to have’ experience with mammogram machine
• Degree qualified – Radiographer’s Degree will be preferred
• Open to travel at a minimum of 20 days per month to ASEAN countries such as Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines
• Able to articulate well
