Fellowship in Vascular Surgery

The Department of Cardiac, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery, National University Hospital is seeking candidates for our fellowship in Vascular Surgery under National University Heart Centre, Singapore. We are a 1,400 bed hospital with full range of vascular surgery services. There are 6 Consultant surgeons in the vascular division. We have an aortic center which offer full range of open, endovascular as well as hybrid surgery and both cardiac and vascular surgeons worked closely together. The vascular unit performs over 1,600 procedures in all aspect of vascular surgery. The fellowship will be at registrar/senior registrar level and you are expected to do on call at frequency of 1:4 Rota to 1:5.

• Our client is currently looking for long-term researchers for a new project.
• During this Search Engine Evaluation project, participants will evaluate the quality of queries made by internet users while navigating through different MAP applications (e.g. “coffees near me”)

Purpose:

Thanks to this project, we will help develop and optimize current and future map and geo-localization applications, to produce more accurate and intuitive maps in terms of location, search functions and more!

• Work on the search evaluation project based on a deep understanding of user intent and relevance.
• Evaluate and grade search results based on the in-country knowledge and culture to enhance the relevance of search evaluations.
• Analyze and comprehend user intent behind search queries to optimize search result grading.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in search result evaluation processes.

Requirements:

This project requires multi-language content research so we are looking for candidates with language proficiency in any of below languages:

Thai OR Arabic OR Japanese OR Korean (reading, writing)

We are open to hire fresh graduates who are interested in research work or someone with 1-3 years of experience in similar skills.

We are looking for a Clinical Associate to work on a research project for a period of 3-years within the Division of Neurology, Department of Medicine, NUH. The division excels healthcare delivery innovation, teaching, and research. The culture is collaborative and warm. You will be responsible for helping in screening of stroke patients for the eligibility criteria into the clinical trial, administer various questionnaires and research related interventions and maintain the database on a day-to-day basis. You will be working closely with the Principal Investigator and various Co-Investigators in running the project.

Candidates must possess a basic medical degree that is recognised by the Singapore Medical Council. In addition, candidates must have completed their housemanship training and have 3 years of post housemanship clinical experience. Experience in Neurology would be useful. As a Clinical Fellow, you will undergo the approved training programme by the Singapore Medical Council.

• Active in clinical practice for 3 years preceding the application of medical registration with Singapore Medical Council;
• Possess basic medical degrees from an accredited medical university or its medical school, preferably with a postgraduate diploma or medical degree;
• Possess a 12-month of completed housemanship/internship postings;
• Possess a 3-year post housemanship/internship clinical experiences;

• Must be registered with the Medical Council or its relevant licensing authority from the country of practice;

Position Summary: Responsible for designated quality assurance and quality control activities and to ensure compliance to established standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines. The associate is to ensure that supplies, facility and processes are maintained to cGMP standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibility:

• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures, including local and international regulations applicable to clinical trials supply chain activities
• Maintain a good understanding of local and international regulations, and keeping abreast with regulatory changes and developments
• Provide consultative guidance on quality related matters to clients and internal associates
• Document Control Management
• Conducts internal/supplier audits according to SOP requirement and assist in regulatory, supplier and client audits
• Perform pre and post review and approval of production batch records
• Perform pre and post review and approval of label printing records
• In-Process Inspection Responsibilities for production and label printing jobs
• Management of non-conformances (deviations, complaints and quality investigations) and related corrective and preventive actions
• Responsible for quality compliance of controlled temperature shipments
• Approval of components and material specifications
• Responsible for the release of client/Fisher supplied materials
• Prepare new and update existing job related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Assist in the QA/GMP training of employees across the company
• Participate in department systems development initiatives to improve regulatory and quality efficiency and compliance
• Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by line management
