Treasury Analyst

Job Description

· Perform cashflow forecasting and planning, analyze and optimize cashflow and identify liquidity gaps

· Assess subsidiaries’ funding requirement and propose funding strategies

· Monitor subsidiaries’ cash balances, loans and borrowings and cashflow forecasts

· Develop subsidiaries’ local financing capabilities

· Assist in preparing loan documents such as Conditions Precedent documents and Compliance Certificates

· Perform bank account opening/ closing, prepare KYC documents, maintain existing bank

accounts, update authorized signatories and setup online banking and maintenance of online banking platform

· Execute FX spot and forward trades for balance sheet exposures

· Liaise with internal stakeholders and counterparties for BG and SBLC issuance, renewal

and extension and negotiate on documents

· Perform Hire-Purchase operations such as financing arrangement, negotiate pricing, execute agreement and other related documents

· Perform monthly and quarterly Treasury analysis and reporting

· Implement new Treasury initiatives/ projects and follow up on existing ones

· Perform ad hoc work assigned by Reporting Manager

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/ Business / Finance

· Minimum 2 years of Treasury experiences required

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player

· Able to work in fast-paced environment and cope with tight deadlines

Your key responsibilities

· Support the Global Perfumery Supply Chain on Supply Network Design projects.

· Business Continuity Plan update 1-2 times/ year and case studies base on request.

· Maintain and improve existing reporting tools from across Supply Chain Inventory discipline, and the wider Supply Chain Network.

· Development and design of new tools and reporting to drive better understanding and decision making for Supply Network Optimization and Inventory Community.

· Help implement and drive process improvement across our Global Supply Chain and related functions like MSS (Material Strategy and Solution) and MFG (Manufacturing).

· Interface with the Group Planning Analytical teams to drive enhanced capability in the standard analytical platforms and create better end user experience.

You bring

· Polytechnic or University graduated in Business studies, Supply Chain, Economics or Data Analytics.

· You have an Advanced level of English.

· Knowledge of MS Office applications, and SAP & Python knowledge is a plus.

• Compile and breakdown contract negotiation language changes preferable using any AI to track and consolidate contract languages between original vs. revised.
• Other general support includes planning and purchasing such emailing, communicate with suppliers for commitment of dates, generate reports, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Update spend cube files for direct and indirect spend with assurance on data accuracy
• Weekly, Monthly data analysis, tracking and reporting
• Weekly tracking of saving and other procurement initiatives
• Initiate regular categorization updates of direct and indirect spend data (incl. approval process of re-categorization)
• First point of contact for spend data requests with direct access to necessary IT systems
• Develop and maintain Procurement Power BI Dashboards (i.e. Vendor Scorecard, Purchasing Data) including user access management, training and onboarding.
• Be in close alignment with the procurement community to identify data analytics improvement areas and taking action to execute them
• Key contact point for all the Procurement tools : Provalido, Power BI
• Develop Procurement monthly report in co-ordination with leadership team, Support VP TE for all the presentations to the management
• Develop Procurement Bi-Weekly report in co-ordination with leadership team for the procurement leadership meeting
• Data analysis support to Procurement leader team on strategic initiatives

Qualififcations & Competences

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in either Business Commerce, Economics, Administration or related discipline
• Experience: 3+ Years in business analytics. Highly advance knowledge in excel data analysis will be required. Experience in working with SAP will be a distinct advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Highly independent and able to handle ambiguity.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present finding clearly and effectively.
• Problem solving skills: Ability to approach challenges creatively and develop effective solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• Financial services industry experience in Asset Management is preferred.
• Possess working experience as a senior/lead business analyst for analytics projects in Asset Management.

Skillsets (Good to have)

• Experience in portfolio analytics projects - familiarity with performance, risk, and exposures.

Mandatory Skills

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.

• Performs rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-6 years in experience as a SAP consultant in a similar industry and in Financials, Controlling and Project System modules.
• Intensive knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and FIORI.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in planning, analysing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, documenting, and training in S/4 HANA Financials, Controlling and Project System will be an added advantage
• Excellent organizational and time- management skills
