a) To report to the Manager or team leader as shown in the organization chart. He/she is responsible for the assigned or related project tasks and responsibilities.

b) The detailed duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

i) Study and fully understand the ISO requirements, technical drawings, scope, contractual requirements and sub-contract agreements. Work with the consultants to resolve technical issues prior to construction.

ii) Submit to superior for feedback and concurrence on short or medium-term programmes and execute the works according to the detailed programme.

iii) Ensure that the works are carried out according to the approved drawings, quality procedures and EHS requirements. Managing the works with excellent housekeeping is a key focus.

iv) For quality management, the engineer is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.

v) Implement and maintain proper recordings to comply with EHS, quality, client and authorities’ requirements.

vi) Responsible for cost management so that the materials used for both temporary works and permanent works are not damaged or control the wastage within specified tolerance. Rework or abortive work which has serious time and cost impacts shall be avoided.

vii) Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced M365 Resident Engineer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 solutioning, implementation, and support, ideally within a banking or financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and deploying secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 security features.
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis, solution design, and integration planning for M365 services, ensuring adherence to security and compliance policies specific to banking environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Render all M&E Engineering support to the M&E Manager/Project Manager for the successful execution of the project.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, consultant representative (RE/RTO), relevant authorities and sub-contractors on M&E issues and challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Science, or related field).
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor packaging technology development, process integration, or new product introduction (NPI)
• Strong background in frontend fabrication processes (FAB)
• Proven experience in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and process optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to technology development.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across departments and with external partners.
• Hands-on experience in the development and implementation of cutting-edge semiconductor packaging technologies.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams in process development, technology transfer, and ramp-up.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest industry standards and trends in semiconductor packaging and assembly.

Job Description

• Understanding of Project Specifications, construction drawings and to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client’s requirements
• Monitor site works to ensure the method statements and work procedure are strictly followed.
• Competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor’s work site
• Ensure the Builder (incl. technical supervisors) executes the work in accordance to Consultant’s instructions
• Check drawings for discrepancies and highlight to Consultant, suggesting possible solutions to prevent delays
• Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project
• To ensure proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records and approved /as-built drawings
• Maintaining and updating site records on progress of work, housekeeping and preparing reports
• Verify the contractors’ progress payment, claim in terms of work done and materials/equipment delivered and stored on site
• Witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the contractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
• Report to project QP / Project Consultants Team on quality and progress
• Supervision of demolition of basement/foundation, ERSS construction and all other design works
• To manage & coordinate with the site supervisors (incl. RTO) with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and M&E engineering works
• Possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurance system
• To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.
• Period: 36 months
• Start from: January 2025

Requirements:

• min. Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in supervision of commercial buildings
• Resident Engineer Certificate accredited by IES / ACES is a must, candidate without RE certificate need not apply
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills essential

• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly work for the semiconductor industry.
• Perform equipment assembly according to engineering drawings.
• Perform installation, repair, inspection, reassembly, refitting, and adjusting products as required.
• Coordinate M&E engineering work and work closely with other department staff to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues.
• Maintain work area clean, safe, and orderly.
• Perform repair pipe and plumbing if needed.
• Planning / Scheduling and coordination of M&E works.
• Oversee and ensure works are carried out by the approved drawings, materials, and method statements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors on M&E issues.
• Update maintenance daily schedule.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry.
• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Strong building and M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences.

- To perform noise impact assessments (NIA), noise management plans (NMP), and workplace noise assessments.

- Carry out noise prediction by using company proprietary spreadsheets and SoundPLAN Acoustic Modeling Software

- Various noise measurements for vessel at dock site

- Measurement and analysis of whole body and hand arm vibration.

- Preparation of proposal, test methods, test plans and test report for clients.

Job Requirements

- Able to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision.

- Effective communication skill with customer.

- Technical knowledge in the field, especially as it relates to acoustic engineering.

Job Scope

• Prepare schematic design, site installation layout, calculations, technical reports and specifications etc for automation equipment panel.
• Liaise with external consultant teams, contractors and suppliers to resolve project electrical design issues.
• Generate BOM and RFQ document.
• Communicate with contractor for automation equipment panel fabrication.
• Prepare factory acceptance test document for automation equipment panel.
• Responsible for liaising with Project Manager on automation equipment panel acceptance before ship to site.
• Provide support on site installation.
• Updating of Circuit diagram, Control device and Equipment Installation layout.
