Job Description:
As the Marketing Communications Executive at Novosys, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing communication strategies to promote our services, engage our target audience, and enhance brand awareness. Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content, manage digital marketing campaigns, and coordinate promotional activities across various channels. Your creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking will be instrumental in driving our marketing initiatives and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans to support business objectives, including brand promotion, lead generation, and customer engagement.
· Create engaging content for marketing collateral, including website copy, blog posts, brochures, and presentations, to showcase our services and expertise.
· Manage the company's digital marketing efforts, including website content management, email marketing, social media management, and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive traffic and generate leads.
· Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including print and digital assets, ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
· Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, email open rates, social media engagement, and lead conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for marketing innovation and differentiation.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; additional certifications in digital marketing or content creation are a plus.
· Proven experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or related roles, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B marketing within the professional services industry, preferably in consulting or advisory services.
· Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and persuasive content for diverse audiences and channels.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
· Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and Google Analytics to optimize website performance and drive organic traffic.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive results.
· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes is desirable, but not essential.
