Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to design, develop, install, manage, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems within our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all E&I systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. System Design and Development:
Design electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial projects, including control panels, wiring diagrams, and PLC/SCADA systems.
Specify and select appropriate instruments, sensors, and control devices based on project requirements.
2. Installation and Maintenance:
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and calibration of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of E&I equipment.
3. Project Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, civil, process) to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for E&I projects.
4. Technical Support:
Provide technical support for operational teams, addressing equipment failures and process inefficiencies.
Develop and implement solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Maintain accurate documentation, including technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance logs.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce energy consumption, and enhance system efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in E&I technology and integrate them into operations where applicable.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
Proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and control systems design.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation devices, and relevant standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, ISA).
Experience with AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar design software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification.
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, and digital transformation in industrial automation.
Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
