The Job

• Review and Process Loan Applications under Hire Purchase, Credit Loans and other loan products which involves meticulously reviewing loan applications, verifying information provided by applicants, and assessing their creditworthiness.
• You'll be responsible for preparing all necessary loan documentation accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements under hire purchase act and company policies.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements is paramount in the financial industry. You'll need to stay updated on relevant regulations and ensure all loan documentation meets these standards.
• In charge of document filling and data entry to ensure record accuracy in the Enterprise Resources Planner (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Require to contact customers, vendors, suppliers and partners for issues pertaining to discrepancies, short fall or overdue payment, collection arrangements by using collecting techniques email, letter, phone call and WhatsApp.

About The Role

This position is part of the Student Services (SS) department within Office of Academic Services (AS) serving as the first point of contact for students and alumni and enhancing the overall student services of the University. SS manages the SS hotline, counter, written correspondences,and administration of Electronic Course Evaluation (eCE) surveys to foster a student centric service environment.
The candidate will support SS day-to-day operations, manage the SS Quality and Training related initiatives, assist with survey administration, and contribute towards the overall enhancement of SS service ecosystem.

What You Will Be Doing

Operations (30%)

• Monitor and supervise day-to-day student services operations, manage students’ enquiries, requests, and feedback across all touch pointsthat are received through channels such as phone, email, and walk-in.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in customer service, preferably in a contact centre environment.
• Professional Qualifications in Contact Centre, Quality Assurance and Training (e.g., COPC, ACTA, etc.) will be an added advantage.

The Student Services (SS) Department would like to invite individuals who has a passion for Customer Service to apply for this role. Deals with Supplier and Maintains Contracts

• Takes responsibility for maintaining contracts related to Rooms division and deals with suppliers when modification is necessary.
• Handles all appointments and keeps track of diaries assigned.

• Ensures personal awareness of the activities and services within the hotel in order to promote the property and is responsive to guest inquiries.
• Ensures all work is followed as detailed in Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Raffles Singapore Local Standard Operation Procedure (LSOP).
• Leads the handling and follow up on any security incident, guest complaint, and colleague injured together with the Lobby Manager and always reinforces hotel values.
• Adheres to Work Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures and ensures all direct reports and peers are trained in and follow WSH guidelines.
• Contributes to the hotel’s Corporate Social Responsibility efforts.
• Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

• Manages day to day project admin tasks
• Assist engineers in preparation of meeting minutes and consolidating tender returns and tabulation
• Assist the sector leads in preparation bids
• May revise system or schedule as required to ensure timely approvals and distribution.
• Ensures changes to document are completed in a timely fashion in order to meet set deadlines. 
• Responsible for coordination with other parties to make sure document edits are made and proofed.
• Tracks and keeps records of documents. 
• Ensures document tracking and production system is maintained. 
• Prepares and maintains a document control system for all forms of documentation. 
• Makes copies of drawing for production and other company employees. 
• Ensures that all completed documents have been signed-off by the appropriate personnel.
• Implements and follows company quality assurance program procedures.

• Establish client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies 
• Attend onsite and consultants’ meetings and liaise with clients, architects and associate consultants in the administration of projects 
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to calculate project costs 
• Prepare various main building contracts, piling contracts and nominated sub-contracts for tender and contract formalization 
• Measure and take off quantities for architectural and structural work elements 
• Administer pre and post contract and consultancy work 
• Assess variation orders, prepare interim valuations, cost plans and budget studies 
• Compile contract documents for execution 
• Understand and adhere to the statutory building regulations 
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance of project work 
• Allocate work to subcontractors 
• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports 
• Maintain awareness of different building contracts in current use 
• Valuing completed work and arrange payments 
• Provide advice on contractual claims 

The focus of the District Sales Executive (DSE) is on achieving results that are aligned with the overall

The DSE orchestrates
involvement of multiple people in our Sales process, so that new customer
revenue is consistently secured for our district office and network. The job

reports to the District Sales Manager.

Key Deliverables
 

These are the minimum results expected from a successful District
Sales Executive:
 

1. Manage an assigned territory and demonstrate extensive knowledge of potential
   customers and competitors in this area

2. Timely data entry in our Customer Relationship Management tool

3. Orchestrate customer / branch relationships and collaborate with regional Product, Service,
   Geo, and Knowledge Management resources

4. Participate in the creation of value-added solutions for customer’s logistics needs,
   including supporting diagrams and cost-benefit calculations

5. Support the transition of new accounts through customer introductions, information
   transfer, and securing any necessary customer paperwork. When needed,
   support AR (accounts receivable) collection.

6. Attend training & development sessions to continue developing selling skills and
   updating Expeditors Product and Service knowledge

7. Involvement in local trade groups, as directed by the District Sales Manager

8. Take on additional assignments as required, supporting company needs

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a GCE “O” / “A” levels or Polytechnic Diploma in any field

- No work experience required

- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

- Preferably entry level specialized in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

· Oversee the entire process of staff training programs, including coordination with internal stakeholders and training vendors, managing course registration and confirmation, conducting post-training evaluations, maintaining training records, and ensuring certification.

· Source for training vendors to register employees for training.

· Coordinate the planning and scheduling for L&D courses, including liaising with trainers, and managing participant lists.

· Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through feedback from employees.

· Coordinate the creation and distribution of name cards for all employees, including bosses and staff across all regions except the Philippines (PH) and Saudi Arabia (KSA) at this time.

· Manage and process claims for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

· Plan, organize, and execute internal events and activities, including monthly birthday celebrations and festive celebrations, ie. CNY & Christmas.

· Assist in the initial screening of candidates, including reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

· Maintain and update leave records for a designated group of employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

· Oversee and maintain pantry inventory.

· Perform any other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

· Minimum "O" Level / "A" Level / ITE / Diploma or equivalent.

· At least 1 year of related working experience.
