Primary Purpose

Responsible for a variety of book-keeping duties, such as checking of invoices, sending invoices for approval, posting of invoices to Accpac system, and timely payment of all hotel invoices and disbursements, month end journal posting, and maintain proper files for accounts payable section, and assists in auditing.

• Audit and process all invoices. Reporting to Head, Community Partnerships and Engagement, you will be working closely with the editorial teams of the various titles within the Chinese Media Group (CMG) to drive our audience engagement via membership programme, events and community partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic communications to grow the interest communities of CMG publications, which includes crafting and drafting of periodic and adhoc newsletters/EDMs, managing communication channels such as WhatsApp and Telegram, as well as other social media platforms
• Curate and lead communities events and engagement efforts
• Rewards programme management and fulfillment
• Stakeholder management, both internal and external
• Work with stakeholders within SPH Media on synergising engagement efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience; Experience in managing communities and newsletter would be advantageous
• Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, and possesses a passion for writing in Chinese as this role supports Chinese publications
• Passionate in wanting to interact and connect with people from all walks of life, especially Chinese publications readers
• A team-player who has good problem solving skills and is experienced in handling cross-functional projects
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Suite Cloud-based productivity tools, and possess the ability to understand and utilise data to curate strategies

Marketing Executive

Job Description

1. Plan and coordinate the conceptualisation and implementation of marketing plans for Lotus Vegetarian Singapore, including media relations, sponsorships, and digital marketing efforts.

2. Manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok), develop engaging monitor performance, and propose strategies for improvement.

3. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on all social media accounts.

4. Manage and update point-of-sale systems and 3rd party delivery vendors.

5. Communicate with respective outlet managers regarding marketing activities and promotion mechanics.

6. Liaise with external organisations for joint partnerships and promotions.

Scope of Works:

ICT Support

• Support HOD ICT in handling day-to-day ICT services.
• Support HOD ICT in ICT Project implementation, vendors’ management and contracts management for MOE and school initiated projects.
• Assist HOD ICT in ensuring MOE policies, guidelines and standards are adhered.
• Manage the update and design of School website (IsomerCMS/WordPress/Swiiit).
• Assist and be involved in the preliminary checks and documentations required for the evaluation of AV and ICT devices and applications as well as requesting for quotations.
• Support the HOD ICT on gathering the ICT needs of the school and principal. Including the propose of solutions that meet the requirements of school.
• Assist HOD ICT in coordinating and updating school’s ICT Asset Management and loan of equipment.
• Preparation of ITQ specifications and necessary documentation.
• Prepare relevant ICT documentations and guidelines.
• Assist teachers (If DE is not available) for technical problems such as troubleshooting PC, Printer, LAN connection problems.
• Proficient with different O/S computing platforms.

ICT Training

• Conduct Just-In-Time (JIT) ICT Training / Workshop for staff, as required with the School’s needs.
• Conduct ICT Training / Workshop for students, as required with the School’s needs.
• Conceptualise and prepare training materials (of relevance to the Training / Workshop) for staff.
• Create multimedia content/ modules for ICT lessons based on HOD ICT instructions.
• Infuse Digital Literacy in the design of the Teaching & Learning Curriculumn for students.
• Organize multimedia contents for ICT lessons based on MOE ICT Standards
• Assist the HOD ICT in sourcing and liasing with ICT vendors/contractors for ICT Equipment and Services based on the School’s requirements, relative to ICT support and training.
• Organize and conduct ICT Training / Awareness and Usage Briefings for school staff on ICT implementations.
• Scan and implement new technology tools that support teaching and learning.

Requirments:

• At least 1 year experience as ICT Executive, preferably in a Singapore Primary School environment.
• In implementing ICT Projects (Eg. developing learning trails with the teachers), preferably in a primary school environment.
• As a Web Master, able to edit images, articles and updating School Website using WordPress or equivalent CMS (Content Management Service).
• In manning the AV sound system for daily morning assembly and school events.
• In developing training materials and conducting ICT/ Lesson Training for students
• Has prior experience in doing ICT Asset Inventory, Seat refresh and any other administrative work related to ICT Department
• Prior experience in conducting briefings / trainings to in-house staff for ICT or AVA related implementation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day IT operation, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and management of hardware and software applications, computer hardware, data network equipment, copiers, phone PBX system, CCTV system, security alarm.
• Responsible for assessing systems, diagnosing and resolving technical problems that users encounter with hardware, software, or networks.
• Ensuring the reliability, and integrity of the network infrastructure.
• Network Management, setting up and maintaining network infrastructure such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points to ensure connectivity and security.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, malware, and other cyber threats.
• ERP Administration, maintenance, and optimization of the system. Understanding the company business process flow and collaborating with different departments to enhance the ERP system as needed. Integrating with Intranet system to ensure smooth data flow.
• Analysing and understanding company process needs, such as hardware and software specifications, provides technical support to related departments and suggesting and implementing upgrades.
• Analysing databases in an application area how to optimize applications by integrating performing software or upgrades and integrating new technologies.
• Gathering of requirements, analysis, design and development of integration solutions and APIs, creating workflows and connectors to enhance system integration.

Requirements

• At least Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related studies.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience of ICT support and managing Microsoft servers’ infrastructure and Hyper V.
• Professional certifications (administration/support) from Microsoft 365, Business Central Dynamic 365, Power BI, SAP, SQL or equivalent will be a plus.
• Understanding of networking protocols and security technologies.
• Project management experience will be advantageous.
