Job Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

• Update and scan laboratory results in a timely manner into the computer system.

• Monitor office supplies, ensure proper storage and sufficient supplies of office consumables and educational materials.

• Raise Purchase Requisitions for for stock/ non- stock purchases.

• Provide administrative support to the DSC Head and DSC Head, Operations including managing of calendar, minutes taking, booking of venues, setting up rooms.

• Assist to update DSC operational guidelines and intranet information.

• Assist to maintain a good paper and electronic filing systems.

• Assist in tracking, prepare and submit returns by departments and DSC Management Report.

• Upkeep and maintain office equipment, maintenance, key press and allocation of staff locker records.

• Provide administrative support in data entry/ verifications for DSC projects.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Communication Operations Engineer to join our team and provide oversight for the design, implementation, and management of SIA Group's Network operations. The primary objective of this role is to ensure maximum network availability and functionality to help SIA achieve its business objectives

Responsibilities includes:

•Continuous transformation of the network infrastructure to enhance availability and automation

•Offer network consultancy project support to ensure that IT services comply with SIA architecture and standards

• Able to manage large volume of shipping documentations accuracy checking for compliance and audit purpose
• Ensure complete and accurate switched shipping documents, including vendors’ documents, received from bonded provider to be e-filed for purchase and sales recognition (system vs. actual vs. data interface received at accounting), and audit purposes
• Check accuracy for submissions related to non-trading and payment for Navision invoices received from bonded provider for submission to accounting
• Ensure Original Navision invoices with authorized signatory are dispatched to the correct parties, where applicable

• Check accuracy of operational freight invoices payable by Singapore within the month, where applicable

• Manage operational fixed assets status with relevant parties for up-to-date status, and annual report coordination

Requirements:

About The Role

To work with Student Admissions (SA) Manager to manage matters pertaining to admissions of students, challenge examination (CEX) waiver, credit recognition, student admission systems and IT projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• To assist the SA Manager to develop and maintain an effective system for the planning of all administrative operations within the department.
• To assist the SA Manager to structure and maintain the department so as to facilitate effective performance by department staff through optimum delegation and clearly established individual responsibilities and objectives.
• To ensure department staff perform their work effectively towards meeting the established objectives.
• To assess and monitor work in progress and assess work performance of staff towards meeting the established objectives.
• To manage the application and admission process, including processing of applications, course offers, and appeals for programmes.
• To manage the process of verifying applicants’ academic data with MOE, local polytechnics and autonomous universities.
• To manage the acceptance of offer process for all selected applicants.
• To manage the course fee payment of new students.
• To monitor accurate and up-to-date statistics on admissions.
• To prepare management reports on student admissions data and analysis on admission trend.
• To assist in preparation of any adhoc statistics request by internal or external stakeholders.
