You will be part of the Marketing and Communications team to plan and manage Marketing and Communications initiatives for Thomson Medical Group, Thomson Medical Pte Ltd and its associated subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold the corporate profile and branding of the organisation by building relations with key stakeholders, communications and/or media agencies to positively position the organisation.
• Ensure that the organisation's corporate identity elements are appropriately used within and outside of the organisation as well as seeking ways to enhance the brand.
• Support Media relations and communications agency to provide strategic counsel.
• Manage marketing communications and campaign activities for the organisation and assigned business units to reach audiences and stakeholders in an effective manner.
• Plan and execute Marketing Plans aimed at meeting the objectives of assigned business unit(s).
• Develop high-impact, integrative marketing solutions and communications strategies aligned with business goals and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, Finance, Hospital and Specialist Clinics stakeholders, and external partners and vendors.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing activities against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing and business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including written, visual, and video content.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage public facing feedback channel(s) responding to customer feedback in a timely fashion to uphold Thomson’s reputation.
• Manage daily tasks on partnership and vendor management.
• Manage assigned Business Units with day-to-day marketing and implementation duties.
• Support Group communications activities such as corporate presentations, factsheets, press releases, web material, financial and sustainability reports, that communicate the company’s positioning and strategies effectively to investors.
• Support ad-hoc Singapore or Group marketing and communication initiatives and events.
• Understand any other initiatives, new business or tasks as assigned by the HOD or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Communication Studies, English, Journalism, Public Relations, Business (Marketing) or any related discipline.
• Grade A in English Language (GP or A-Levels).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in communications and/or marketing.
• Excellent command of the English language with strong writing, speaking and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
• Energetic, driven, adaptable, proactive and cope well when working under pressure and against tight timelines.
• Able to multi-task and adapt quickly to changes.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is desired, but not necessary.
• Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships, and/or knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles will provide an advantage.
• Graphic design or video editing skills will be beneficial.

• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure construction and development activities meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and correspondence.
• Serve as the Contract Administrator for projects, including the evaluation of contractual claims.

• Handle the entire procurement processes and support workflows, according to the sourcing strategies set.
• Manage the full procurement process, including supplier tendering, selection, contract negotiation, and ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and payment to meet operational needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, promptly addressing any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with policies, standards, and regulations while keeping accurate, up-to-date records of contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and manage contract agreements effectively.

• Candidate must possess Diploma or above in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement preferably in construction/ civil engineering industry.
