Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive sales. This role encompasses a variety of tasks, including digital marketing, content creation, social media management, SEO, and event planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for flowers and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with management to set ambitious marketing objectives and budget for the year.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to gain deep insights into customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends to shape marketing strategies.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and enhance our online presence. Create engaging content such as promotional reels, Instagram posts, email newsletters, and blog posts to capture the interest of potential customers.
- Ensure all content pieces' writing, editing, and proofreading are done to meet high-quality standards and are aligned with the brand voice and tone.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of our social media platforms, making data-driven adjustments to maximize engagement and reach.
- Update and maintain the studio’s website to ensure it is user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and user behavior to inform future marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with the community, local businesses, and influencers for cross-promotional opportunities.
- Attend industry events to stay updated on trends and network with potential partners.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage customer reviews and testimonials to build a positive online reputation.

Key Attributes:
- Enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program, such as marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.

- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Demonstrates a strong creative flair and an eye for design, essential for developing engaging content and visually appealing marketing materials.
- Possesses the ability to think strategically, setting clear marketing objectives and devising effective plans to achieve them.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
