Job Responsibilities:
• Administer full-spectrum of HR functions including compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, KET preparation, learning & development and HR Information System
• Recruitment & Selection including Work Pass application, renewal & cancellation
• Prepare induction program for new staff
• Monitor staff confirmation and disciplinary issues
• Manage and maintain employee's records
• Administer medical claim and leave application
• Administer Time Management System
• Handle Payroll processing activities including generating monthly payroll and HR reports
• Process foreign worker levy waiver claim, NS claim, etc
• Process tax clearance for foreign employees
• Yearly review and renewal of Company group insurance
• Participate in yearly ISO/ OHSAS certification
• Vehicle and Equipment maintenance matters including vehicle/ equipment monitoring and repair, servicing, insurance, reporting etc.
• Handling incoming calls/ emails and record on schedule accordingly
• Other office and operational administration duties

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferably in logistics related industry
• Knowledge of Local Employment Act, CPF Act, Income Tax and legislations
• Demonstrate high level of confidentiality and able to interact and communicate with all level of staff
• Able to multi-task
• Must be independent, resourceful, meticulous, self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Proficient in MS office
• Knowledge in HR Payroll system is an advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin will be a strong advantage (to handle incoming calls/ emails from both English and Mandarin speaking associates and record on schedule accordingly)
• 5.5 days work week
