Participate in process development and integration solution to enable advanced packaging process technologies in the world of mobile, IoT, consumer and high-performance computing area. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Officer specializing in AI and spatial multi-omics to join our cutting-edge research team. This role focuses on advancing cancer immunotherapy (IO) for Asian-prevalent tumors through the integration of Generative AI techniques and spatial multi-omics data analysis. This position offers a unique opportunity to address critical challenges in immunotherapy, such as the identification of effective biomarkers and an in-depth understanding of the tumor microenvironment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multi-Omics-IO Classifier Development: Develop and validate a classifier to integrate IO biomarkers identified from the multi-omics analyses, benchmarked against conventional markers (e.g., PD-1/PD-L1).

2. AI Model Development: Create AI models for virtual staining to visualize gene expression and multi-omics biomarkers.

3. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with pathologists, immunologists, and AI researchers to ensure robust, clinically relevant model development. Prepare reports, presentations, and manuscripts for publication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in AI/ML, or a related field with a strong focus on imaging and deep learning.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in AI techniques and experience in omics data analysis.
