You will be part of the Data Collection team to conduct large-scale national surveys. In this role, you will be exposed to a full spectrum of learning experiences such as practical hands-on application of concepts that will be introduced via formal training, as well as interactions with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Complete survey via phone and field visit
• Schedule interview appointments with respondents
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Resolve escalated issues from interviewers and respondents
• Data entry for completed surveys
• Status update report to supervisor
• Deliver highest level of customer experience and ensure a good survey experience
• Any other ad-hoc duties
• 5 days work week, across Mondays to Sundays
• Based on rostering - Different shift timing (AM / PM) Corporate sim card will be provided for making outbound calls however corporate phone will not be provided by the company.
• Working location: Islandwide
• Contract till 31st December 2024 (Renewable basis)

• Supporting the recruitment administrative duties such as creating and updating job postings on job boards, career page and other media, screening candidates and interview coordination.
• Provide administrative support such as data-entry, documentation, printing and filing
• Training and course arrangement
