• Execute daily billing tasks.
• Verify invoice accuracy.
• Timely dispatch of E-invoices to clients and international agents.
• Collaborate with the Finance Department regarding recovery issues.
• Compile monthly reports.
• Track shipments awaiting Routine Order advice.
• Address inquiries, complaints, and requests from internal departments, colleagues, clients, and overseas agents.
• Participate in monthly import meetings.
• Engage in project initiatives and process enhancements.
• Support Manager/Supervisor in implementing operational protocols and standards.

Description

1. Advice on the measures to be taken in the interest of workplace safety and health

2. Conduct daily inspection of project work and activities

3. Lead and assist in investigating any near miss, incident or accident, dangerous occurrence that occurs

4. Develop documentation for the Project – Risk assessment, safe work procedures

5. Conduct internal safety related training

6. Manage and lead a team of WSH Co-Ordinators

7. Prepare safety reports and statutory reports in the required formats

8. Organize safety promotion and health campaigns, training courses

9. Ensure all safety matters are compiled with statutory, contractual and management systems requirements

10. Liaise with the government authorities

Requirements :

1. Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer

2. Minimum 3 years of LTA experience is a must

Information:

1. Mon - Fri: 8.30am to 6.00pm
2. Location: Various site offices

• Build good industrial relations by working with union leaders, members and management partners.
• Handle grievances, resolve conflicts and negotiate collective agreements to secure the welfare for workers.
• Advocate practices to help workers upskill and enhance productivity, resulting better wages.
• Explore different industries sector that will broaden exposure and learning.
• Plan and organise activities of varying scales to engage members & improve labour management relations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Able to work on weekend if there is a event.
