As a Senior Scientific Officer, you will be tasked but not limited to planning and executing the grant-making process, annual budgeting, exploring funding opportunities, and managing documents and deadlines. Job Responsibilities:

Client Communications Management

• Set SOP for Client Communications (e.g.: service recovery, guidelines for handling customers from different feedback channels, SLA to customer feedback, preparation of FAQ, etc.)
• Reply all customer enquiries and feedback within stipulated timelines via various channels (e.g.: calls, email, live chat, social media, etc.)
• Assist customers with regards to the status of their orders
• Assist customers or operations team to source / locate products
• Use of initiative to identify and follow up sales opportunity with customers
• Maximize cross sales opportunities in all correspondence by suggesting related products to original inquiries
• Work closely with the Order Fulfillment Team, Inventory, IT and Sales & Operations Team on a daily basis
• Prepare Client Communications reports
• Master and well-trained in handling all customer feedback
• Understand and provide support for exchange and returns
• Constantly look out for ways to improve work processes and Client Communication levels
• Constantly drive improvement in processes and Client Communication levels to deliver KPIs
• Stay in trend and knowledgeable for new Client Communication tools (e.g.: chat line) or information
• Require to work in shifts and on weekends and public holidays
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management

Administrative Duties

• Assist ECommerce team in administrative duties
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on live chat performance, number of compliments, complaints, feedbacks and enquires accordingly to the sources
• Management of the membership and customer feedback database, i.e. data entry of membership details and feedback forms
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in Service Industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Email
• Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
• Client Communications oriented and committed to handling customer grievance
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, and at least one other language
• Ability to speak mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
• Ability to speak German, Italian, French to liaise with the UK customers

JOB SCOPE

You are expected to be a professional and competent Escort Officer (EO) to provide security escort services to the First/Second Line Maintenance Engineers (FLM/SLM Engineers) in servicing Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and similar financial machines and products. During your course of work, you are expected to travel from one ATM’s designated location to another to facilitate the diagnosis and solution to each machine.

You will represent the Company in a manner that reflects positively on its image and reputation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

· Responsible for the timely and proper security escort of FLM/SLM Engineers in the course of their work. This includes:

o Arm and disarm alarm panels at sites;

o Provide an independent security presence and coverage to FLM/SLM Engineers including checking for unsafe conditions, hazards, and security violations;

o Observe and Report suspicious activities or incidents to the Company Management

o Provide as an independent checker to FLM/SLM Engineers’ work output where necessary;

o Exert physical strength such as reasonable lifting, bending, squatting, walking, and standing for prolonged periods.

· Responsible for the ownership of the assigned issue/problem until the situation has been resolved to the client’s satisfaction or in accordance to the agreed service level/ performance indicators.

· Responsible to follow all appropriate security procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the course of work.

· Responsible for all Company’s assets and ensure their proper and optimal usage. Assets includes tools, equipment, vehicles, documents and intellectual property.

· Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of calls, activities, status updates or any other reporting as required in the course of work. This includes the tracking, documentation and reporting of all expenses incurred in the delivery of services where needed.

· Responsible to uphold integrity and reputation of the Company at all times.

· Responsible for the timely and proper completion of any other responsibilities or duties as assigned by the Company.

Work location: Changi Airport T3

Type of employment: full-time, commencing immediately on full salary after completing 2 month probation time.

SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,000

Our successful candidate's

main duties

include:

• General CRS-based activities, i.e. reservation, ad-hoc/group booking, ticketing & sales report;

• After-sales tasks, e.g. schedule change, rebook, reroute, re-issue & refund;

• Flight inventory monitor & control including advance booking checks, TTL checks & dummy booking screening etc.

• Respond to travel agents', private travellers' and FFP members’ inquiries on VN's products, rules & policies by phone, email or over the counter.

The

minimum requirements

for our successful candidate include:

• Completed IATA Fares & Ticketing I & II or equivalent:

• Working knowledge of major GDS & CRS systems with Sabre an advantage;

• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office products;

• Experience in airline reservation and ticketing an asset;

• Proven interpersonal and customer service skills

Require : ITE/JC/Polytechnic level and above
