Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit trails and regulatory submissions.
• Lead bi-annual or annual audits to ensure ongoing compliance across all product categories.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing product safety, environmental compliance, and trade compliance in the SEA region.
• Proven experience working with regulatory agencies, including handling certifications, audit processes, and e-learning development.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Experience in developing and implementing e-learning modules.
• Excellent communication skills in English; able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide data-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations for product safety, environmental, and chemical compliance matters.
• Ability to adapt to regulatory changes and lead teams through transitions.
