POSITION OBJECTIVES

To support the Manager with day-to-day operation matters, particularly on security matters and carpark administration.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration

• Administer carpark applications and prepare carpark report.
• Upkeep security deployment plan, SOPs, training guides, Operation Manuals etc.
• Administer and upkeep the master key management system, EM lock/access card system, Visitor Management System .

Operational Matters

• Manage and monitor the overall operations of the security and car park facility.
• Prepare and call tender for renewal of term contract services – security, carpark, VMS, EM lock/access card etc, if any.
• Handle tenants/ customers’ inquiries, provide information about parking rates, rules, and procedures, and address any issues or complaints.
