This role involves implementing cost control measures, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Track and control costs while ensuring efficient use of materials

7. Manage the renewal of Insurances, Road Tax, VPC and other related documents for vehicles and machineries.
8. Develop and optimize maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and control costs
9. Develop strategies to use resources effectively and support operational goals
10. Lead the department to achieve company goals and improve overall efficiency
11. Foster the growth of department staff through mentorship, training and professional development
12. Develop detailed costing and budgeting plans to manage financial resources effectively and support project profitability

Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related field)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations and maintenance management within the construction or civil engineering industry.
• Proven leadership and management skills with a track record of driving performance and achieving organizational goals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Perform transportation duties as deployed by the supervisor and carry out the duties diligently as per instructed.
• Check and review orders/documents before and after delivery to ensure the goods/materials are correct.
• Deliver construction materials to required destination and carry materials like sand, soils, mill waste and etc.
• Responsible for daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Run errands as and when required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidate who possesses a valid class 4 driving license.
• At least 1 year(s) of experience.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and use of navigation apps
• Drive in a safe manner at all times and adhering to traffic rules & regulations stated in the Road Traffic Act.
• Independent organized with positive work attitude and good team player.
• Able to work on Weekends and night work if required

Job Description

• Responsible to operate and maintain facilities systems such as Central Chiller System, BMS, Electrical Systems, HVAC (cleanroom and non-cleanroom area), Fire Protection & Detection, Cleanroom System (CDA, PV, PCW, FFU, Dry Coil and AHU), RODI, and Waste Treatment Plant.
• Responsible for attending to any facility works and M&E installations, including coordination with contractors on repair works.
• Performs in-house servicing of cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, FFU, filter cleaning & replacement, strainers, and other HVAC equipment.
• Prepare and provide daily & monthly reports.
• Assist engineer in consolidating all the service reports.
• Assist engineer to manage contract vendors to carry out equipment maintenance schedule.
• Performs other tasks as maybe assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in related field with working knowledge in cleanroom environment.

Job Summary

Responsible for monitor and allocating of the claim processes as well as drawing of schematic and CAD drawing related to customer requirement for project progression and claiming purposes. Overseeing the claim status and update management with a consolidated weekly/monthly report.

Working Hours

The basic hours of work are 44 hours a week or eight (8) hours per day from 0800hr to 1700hr, and generally is from Monday to Friday, inclusive of an (1) one-hour lunch break, 0800hr to 1200hr on Saturday and rest day will then be Sunday. However, this working schedule or the rest day may be changed when necessary subject to your department operation needs.

Responsibilities

• Allocation of contract/claims to respective drafter to follow up.
• Overseeing and monitor the claim processes and status.
• Produce all drawings, schematics, layout and plan using CAD software. (i.e. TCP drawing / Schematics diagrams and As-Built Plan)
• Monitor assigned project on daily costing and item/material used. Ensure submitted drawings, plans, quantities are clear and accurate
• Liaise and coordinate with project team and contract owner and provide necessary support
• Complies and prepare documents based on specification and requirement for the projects.
• Maintain and control documents, ensure documents are uploaded into company operating system / server for audit trail.
• Submit claims documents / bills within the indicated deadlines
• Preparation of report according to company and contract owner requirement.
• Participate in meetings as required.
• Involvement in additional curriculum and other tasks assigned.

Functional Competencies

• Proficiency in Auto-CAD Software, able to produce detailed drawings and schematic according to specification and requirement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word / Excel / PowerPoint / InfoPath, adobe PDF editing or equivalent. Advance/expert knowledge in excel and able to do data analysis is preferable.
• Good adaptability in learning new software as different contract owners have their own operating system for report and claim submission.
• Good proficient in English language, able to write and communicate with stakeholder using web mail, or other form of communication device / application.
• Able communicate and negotiate with contract owner and project / claim related issues
• Able to work under stress and strict deadlines

Education and Qualification

• Diploma with knowledge on project management and IT equivalent.

Experience

• 2 years of working experience preferable, fresh graduate with relevant knowledge and willing to learn are welcome as well.

• Proficiency in ML operationalization and orchestration (MLOps) tools, techniques and platforms. This includes scaling delivery of models, managing and governing ML Models, and managing and scaling AI platforms
• Familiar with Kubernetes and Docker, including installation, deployment, configuration and optimization.
• Good understanding of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
• Experience in web development skills such as HTML, Javascript, CSS is a big plus.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud platform would be an advantage.
