• Review and process applications for approval of fire safety products (e.g., fire rated door; fire resistant system and building material) to ensure compliance to safety, performance standards and regulatory requirements
• Make informed decisions on granting the relevant certifications based on the evaluation of:
• Product test reports
• Manufacturer’s quality assurance process flow and quality system
• Factory and site inspection reports
• Liaise with regulators on clarification of legislation requirements and certification standards

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or manufacturing environment or in testing of building construction products
• Possess relevant knowledge of technical standards for construction products such as fire safety materials; fire rated door will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of quality system and experience in applying ISO IEC 17025/ISO17065 will be an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
• Meticulous, efficient, enthusiastic, and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude
• Highly service-oriented with good people engagement skills

• Responsible for the vehicle condition, cleanliness, and basic maintenance of the vehicle.
• Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date.

Requirements :

• Must possess Class 3/4 Driving license or Bus Driver's Vocational license.
• More than 5 years of driving experience.
• Familiar with Singapore route.
• Responsible and good in communication skills.
• 6 working days per week - may require to work on Sunday / Public Holidays.
• Willing to work at project site office.
