• Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act, regardless whether their names are stated in the form BEV_B1;
• Ensure that all the civil & structural and M&E works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications and the Building Control Act and Regulations;
• Lead the RTOs to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by CAG, the project consultants, QPs and/or SRE;
• Check and assess temporary works and ERSS by the contractors to ensure that the C&S, M&E and building works are safe and in compliance with all relevant regulations;

Qualification:

• Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience as a mechanical and electrical engineer, of which at least 3 years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to the Works, i.e. in particular major construction works in buildings, services laying and testing and commissioning;
• Possess a Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore;
• Lead M&E site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(S), QP(Geo), SRE and/or, the project consultants and FUI owners. He must possess good leadership qualities, organisational and inter-personal skills;
• Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report;
• Possess strong supervision and leadership skills.
